Beds awful didn’t sleep view from room bad. Expensive for what we got.

IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE........THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING........2 ISSUES......OUR ROOM WAS VERY HOT AT NIGHT AND WE COULD NOT LOWER THE TEMP......FINALLY HAD TO OPEN WINDOW AND HAVE HEAT TURNED OFF.......ALSO THE SHOWER WENT FROM COLD TO HOT DURING THE SHOWERING.......OTHERWISE IT IS A DELIGHTFUL PLACE TO RETURN TO........

Well appointed. Nice pool. Lovely Moulton Brown toiletries. Handy for walking into town.

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Having to ask at reception each time for towels rather than getting them at the gym was a pain.

Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of choice.

The adding of service charge without consultation was extremely disappointing. No explanation. Price of food and drink was already high then to add service charge without discussion was extremely rude.

Beautiful building have stayed before for my sons wedding

The restaurant seems to have gone down hill we waited 45 mins for a table for breakfast , we did bring in 2 guests which reception said we didn’t need to book for however the breakfast staff said we did! The Buffett was empty I had to ask for it to be re stocked and that was slow. The breakfast s orders were wrong but as now it was gone 11 and we had arrived at 9.30 we just wanted to leave so didn’t mention this. We ate in the hotel in the evening as thought breakfast may be a one off .. 3 of us had fish and chips and none of the chips were cooked . Very disappointing as your hotel is not cheap.

The staff were excellent, the room was comfortable and the food was excellent

The facilities at the hotel were beautiful The spa was a wonderful touch The grounds around the hotel were gorgeous and it was lovely to wake to beautiful race horses being exercised over the fence. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. The portions were huge.

The rooms could have been a little cooler For a single income Nurse it was a little expensive but it was a beautiful treat.

Beautiful building set in beautiful grounds. The bar was pleasant, restaurant lovely, it was quiet and the leisure facilities were great.

Whilst the corridors were a little dated, everything else was lovely.

- Filtered coffee at breakfast rather than ground bean coffee- Very soft beds

We liked everything! A special thanks to the staff who were ALL so nice to us and our toddler. They made us feel welcome, not an inconvenience (like some other places that don't like babies and toddlers)Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice and fresh, even though a little bit boring (not many choices, can be boring if you stay longer). The afternoon tea was also very good, recommended! Also the room service menu. They are usually quite meh, but here I actually liked it!The spa was really nice too, kids hours are very generous (some places only offer 1 hour, here you get 2x3hours). And it was really clean! Also the outside area is so nice and well kept, our crawler got to enjoy and explore the garden safely. It's quiet and peaceful to just sit there and have a tea, read etc.We loved our stay and we will return for sure!

Repetitious jazz playing all day, pool appeared murky overzealous jacuzzi not pleasant, staff jcame across corporate, food bit pricey

Very attentive helpful staff, especially the Receptionist on arrival.Lovely spacious, comfortable room.Dinner was particularly good and there is a nice cosy bar.Really enjoyed a swim in the pool.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic - tea, coffee and toast failed to arrive but all sorted eventually.

Fantastic location. We arrived late and needed to leave early (too early for breakfast) and the kind member of staff arranged a breakfast to go when we checked out in the morning, blown away by the service. Will certainly be back every time we ride at Snetterton race track.

Staff particularly helpful, polite and very obliging.

Possibly slightly more choice on the 'Nibbles' on the Bar Menu - from memory, I enjoyed them more on previous occasions.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming hotel in a delightful town. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, making our experience truly special. The food in the restaurant was simply amazing, and the hotel offers fantastic spa facilities and a well-equipped fitness room. It's conveniently located just a 15-minute walk or a short drive from the National Horse Racing Museum. We can't wait to return soon!

Having to use your room towels for the spa and not knowing you had to take them and having to go back. Not being able to use the spa if you arrive a bit early before check-in (3pm).

Room was excellent and Dinner was great, the service and attention to detail by the staff was better than anywhere else I've been in the UK - really engaged, and a bonus they remembered our names each time we saw them

The plug sockets were away from the bed (or at least I couldn't find ones close) - not a drama though

Excellent staff,beautiful dining room,very well staffed ,good waitress served breakfast and dinner.Ground cafetière coffee in bedroom.great leisure suite included.I recommend this hotel unreservedly hope to stay again
