- The location was excellent for our purposes, near the Metro. McDonalds next door¿mall within steps with a grocery store. Not near the tourist area of La Ramblas. Good bed and pillows. Book way ahead for a good price.

Location was good. The supervisor/floor manager was good at problem resolution.
The shower malfunctioned. extreme hot water burning/scalding your skin. When i reported this to housekeeping they fixed it so that would go from extremely cold to extremely hot scalding temp. To add insult to injury checkout idid not know how to used dial
