- The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfy.
- How clean the room was.
Cons -
- The floor we stayed on was being renovated and the smell of paint was quite strong. Also the noise from upstairs was very loud and it started early in the morning. I'm assuming it was builders/decorators because it wasn't just people walking around.
- There was a venue downstairs where a rather loud party was being held until around 1:00am. Me and my partner couldn't sleep for hours. This made our stay unpleasant as we woke up very tired the next morning.

How clean the room was.
