- The staff was extraordinary. Overall, one of the two best Residence Inns I have ever stayed at - and that's saying something.
- Wonderful staff, good hot breakfast options, clean common areas, quiet

Cons -
- Room was a bit worn down, broken appliances, tvs didn?t get service, basketball hoop was broken
- one of the front desk employees did not apologize when we advised of a leak onto our things in the closet in the middle of the night, no towels left in a bathroom and the filthy conditions. everything was dirty. stuff growing in shower
