- The hotel itself was nice check was quick and easy. Staff at check in time was very professional.

- Went to shower before checking out and there was a roach in the shower. I took pictures/video before killing the bug. I proceeded to front desk explained my concern very disgusting and he told me that the supervisor was not in and there isn’t anything he can do. He gave me a business card to reach supervisor and stated the phone number on the card is for the front desk but I could email her/him. I emailed the supervisor to express my concerns request a refund or even points because I am a member. It’s been over a Month and I still have yet to hear from anyone in regards to this matter very disappointing.
