Pros +
- The food, the pools, the room
- Nice locale but this time around the winds were too active.
- The hotel's quality is acceptable, however, operational efficiency is hindered by what appears to be a lack of staff, resulting in slow service. Furthermore, the restaurant failed to provide certain advertised menu items, and the beverage quality was notably below the standard expected of a five-star property.
Cons -
- The staff organization, mainly in check in, the gym (very poor), the balcony (always with bird's shit), the bathtub is not clean, and when we arrived, there was even shit in the toilet.
- The winds at the beach. Reservation for certain restaurants were hard even if the place could easily hold more patrons.
- Check-in was inefficient, with a two-hour delay due to our room not being ready. Room service was consistently slow, and our room was not serviced on the second day of our stay, necessitating a specific request for cleaning. These issues appear to be the result of a staff shortage.

The hotel has a good Infrastructure and lay-out, especially the pool and the park. The seawater is comfortable warm, with intense waves and due to it kitesurfing is promoted. In the evenings we enjoyed entertainment with life music. Regarding Food, very good barbecue at the pool´s restaurant, and dinner at restaurants “Inevitavel” and “Cervejaria Portuguesa”. Always kind and helpful staff, altough some have to be better trained.
Out of line with the good infrastructure, the gym is too small and the biggest restaurant “Versatil” is hot and not air conditioned. Overall maintenance has to be improved. The room´s bathrooms towels are of low quality and amenities are absent. There has been lack of cleaning of general use toilets and especially of the beach in front of the hotel, where lot of plastic is spread around. For this size of the hotel, 20 sunshades are far below what is required. Poor entertainment during the day. Regarding Food, the pool´s restaurant comes short of variety, and the “a la carte” restaurant “Massa Fina” is below standards.

It's a perfect place to stay with family, especially traveling with a baby. There are many restaurants and one of it offer food for kids, healthier.
The only point I can suggest here is that they could offer the food we usually have for breakfast in the afternoon around 3pm, they have similar food around 6pm which is late for us. The breakfast food was the best food we had during our stay.
The pool and the room
Except for breakfast, which was good, the food was a big disappointment. Especially the one served by the pool. Drinks were not so good either. The Portuguese wine was fine. The beach is beautiful and clean, the sea is warm, but the waves are dangerous.
Good pool infra
No mantainance. They lost all opportunities to serve a god serviceBeach tênis court full of stonesFood not good
Comfortable room. Big pool.
Food was below average. Beach too windy to stay on the sand.
This is a good resort for families with a lot of animations during the day. The pool area is fairly large, but not really good for adult swimmers. The nearby beach is very nice but it is part of a "windy surfer area" and they come really close by at the beach, so swimming becomes dangerous. The food was different every day based on different countries and their food. Plenty of food with a fairly good quality, but nothing extraordinary. The rooms are nice and large enough, bathrooms clean and large mirrors.
Egg station during breakfast did not allow to place orders and come back. Long cue and at least 8-10 minutes waiting time, so that breakfast had to happen in parts. No english speaking personell and no cash machine near by and only reachable by taxi about 5km away. No money exchange in the hotel.

The Kids space (pool) was found out of order. Me and my wife could not take a rest one second due to this.
The food is really good. The hotel area is really big and clean. The staff are friendly, and the piscina area is big with fun entertaniment with the staffs. Especial congratulations for the staff Pankeka. He is very friendly and fun in the activies in The poll area. The breakfast is really nice. The food is available all time in diferents restaurants. The staffs really take care of the lazer area in the hotel. The beach is warm and clean.
The bedroom could have solid soup option and clothes line to dry the swimwears. Could have pizza calabrea option in the main restaurant. Could have coconut water kiosks. Just few details that need improve to turn the travel more fantastic.
The beach.
The food tast wasn't good at all. I got intoxicated with food. The bad selection of music at high volume from 10am. The awful smell of clean bed sheets. The mattress was very hard. The drinking water tasted plastic.
Excellent hotel, buffet, facilities and activities. Staff super nice and helpful.
Bartenders where less trained than expected.
Staff, buffet, pool
Bathroom (too hot), Wi-Fi (unstable)
The food and the pool area were very good. Overall it is a great place for you to spend some time to relax and don't worry even about paying or choosing what to eat! If you have kids, the staff has a lot of option for them.
Snacks were very rare, so in the afternoon the only option would be to eat french fries or a fruit. Maybe offer more options of snacks, including chocolate and vegan options (not only the same fruit from breakfast).
Pool, rooms, bed quality, water pressure on showers, overall good infrastructure.
Food and beverage quality didnt match the hotel description on booking.com. We were expecting a 5* experience, as it is announced and got a sloppy 3*, at best. No food variety and always the cheapest possible options. The bar options were so dreadful that instead of Amarula they served a generic brand called Marula. It was borderline comic
Infrastructure is quite decent, beach is quite chilled and not crowded. Due to a lot of waves and distance from city, doesnt attract a lot of kitesurfers. Beach recommended for families and couples
FOOD WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Virtually the same menu day-in, day out. Poor quality beverages (cheapest alcohol possible, domestic low quality brands), cheap food and lack of seafood, despite being right at the beach. Not worth it, get your hard earned cash and stay in town. Eat out every day and it will be cheaper and a better experience.
The room space the facility has several activities
The maintenance of the room was bad , hard balcony doors , the AC was not working fine in the beginning but they fixed it , the road trip to the resort was very bad
The beach, pools, all the facilities were good, new, well maitained. The weather is nice, even when is raining is hot! Ceará is amazing
Some staff are very lazy and unpolished, mainly the old ladies that works doing pancakes for breakfast or grilling meat for dinner. The food, after a week start to be very repetitive (that's not a flaw in fact, but I think it worth to be mentioned). The beer brands available are not the best (is it too much to have Heineken on the list?)The wines are ok...If it is a resort, missed some saunas, heated indoor pools for when the weather isn't that sunny...
