Location, room, facilities, plenty of exits to avoid uphill walks. Specially while carrying ski equipment

Lobby reached going up one floor. No escalator or elevator. All entrances had steps.

Nice selection of food for breakfast, good location. I was able to checkin a bit earlier than time for this as my room was already ready.

There were no options to have a fresh air in the room, as the window was like on the ceiling, and it was snowing during my stay, so when you open it snow falls on the bed.

Not enough lifts, and they were slow.

Lovely hotel, not super modern but clean, comfortable with great food, bar area and staff. Location is just a couple of minutes walk from the slopes. The large lockers in the basement are great for storing and drying your skies and boots at the end of the day. Spa, is small consisting of a hot tub, sauna and steam room but what more do you need, they do charge €10 per person for this and run a booking system (you need to book at reception). Bar as fab, always busy in the evening with TVs, pool table, table football and amazing cocktails and staff. Food in buffet was fab, great selection and well organised for seating, again staff lovely and friendly always made to feel welcome. Rooms were lovely and warm but you could change that with a thermostat. Bathroom had toiletries, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Sink, had soap and lotion., they smelt lovely too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.

There are a few stairs (approx 20) from the front entrance, which upon arrival was tough lifting suitcases up to check in.

the staff were very helpful, especially the manager ( I presume ) who helped us sort out a transfer at the last moment when ours let us down.

Bed/mattress we’re not comfortable and staff at breakfast could be more pleasant when making requests.After we requested to move to a different table because our friends arrived from their room, we witnessed the 3 waiters talking about us. That made us feel uncomfortable specially when it was past 9am and there was just a few other guests.

The staff is very nice. good and kind service. The room was cleaned every day. The location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minutes from the ski lifts.

The breakfast was good but the same every morning and there was no variety of vegetables. The spa is paid extra despite the high price of the accommodation.

Too hot in the room at night but temps were higher than usual outside

The reception staff were incredibly helpful. The front of house staff were outstanding, remembering our drink choices, room numbers and nothing was too much trouble. The variety of food and choice was very good at the buffet.

The let down was the restaurant grill service. Each night there were issues with items from the grill not being available for long periods of time. On one occasion two of the three items had not been put out 35 minutes after service began; on another I waited over 45 minutes for chicken which had run out. I asked the chef who was there for chicken and she cooked first the fish only, then reheated pork for tacos and then finally cooked the chicken. It was not possible to return to our seats as long queues formed particularly around 2045 when there was a rush of people arriving. We had the same experience in the mornings at breakfast with either eggs or pancakes consistently being out and the chef focussing on the other item to the ones that we were waiting for. We observed that chef tasting the food on occasion to check it was hot rather than using a thermometer. It made mealtimes frenetic and not as pleasurable as they should be. The front of house staff consistently apologised when complaints were made to them; but it appears that they were not being listened to by the head chef or management. The rating for the staff would have been 10 had it not been for this individual, her slow pace and her attitude to our party and others. Although she seemed to adopt a different attitude with fluent Spanish speakers.

Warm and comfortable room.Excellent WiFi in the room. Relaxing bar area. Room cleaned and refreshed every day. Free ski storage.

Jacuzzi, steam room and Sauna was expensive at 10 Euros per person for 1/2 hour.It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room from a 4 star hotel.

Dinner is expensive (£20) if you don't book it with the room.

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a top floor room with a balcony and a beautiful view.

The wifi wasn’t very good.

We were upgraded to a large triple room. Heating system worked well. Easy to adjust the radiators. Hot powerful shower.The staff were particularly good, friendly, helpful and efficient.

Good selection of food on the buffet and plenty of healthy options. but the hot food was never really hot. Even the eggs that came straight off the cooker were only warm. The soup fortunately was hot in a separate container. Maybe that wouldn't bother some people.

Ideal location, very close to ski lifts and restaurants. There is a large multi-level parking nearby, but it is not very easy to get in and out there if you are driving a large car.We also really liked the friendly and professional staff. Very wonderful breakfasts and dinners at a good price. Also a good daily cleaning. Excellent bar on the ground floor and sauna on the fifth

The renovation in the rooms that has not been updated for a long time, the beds on wheels and the rooms did not quite match the photos on Booking.com

The room was clean and the location is good

Way overpriced and huge disparities between room rates. Our room neighbours paid £100 less than us for the same room/same night which doesn't seem fair...The hotel is advertised as a spa centre however we were asked to pay £10 pp to use the hot tub. I found out later it's hidden somewhere in the small prints. The hotel made me pay the city tax twice as I realised later it was already included in the booking. com prices.
