There was nothing good to mention in the hotel.

The rooms were dirty, there were plenty of mosquitoes, cockroaches were roaming everywhere absolutely pathetic maintenance. There was no phone number to contact and even when we tried through booking.com's official site also no one answered the call, OYO site too kept us waiting for 30 min and finally disconnected the call, absolutely shitty hotel and very unprofessional service, the staff were very rude and irresponsible,OYO and BOOKING.COM should be ashamed to be associated and propagating such pathetic and degraded hotels.

The site said they provided exceptional breakfast. They never offered breakfast. We paid extra for it, they never gave any kind of compensation.

This was the worst stay I ever had. The quality of the rooms were very bad and there was no water in the morning. The staffs didn't respond at all. I came for Aims exam and I had the worst experience in the hotel. The bathroom was dirty and taps were rusty. They even took more money from us. Reception staff were behaving like unprofessional staff, very rude n completely unsupportive. Gysers were not working n didn't even offer water bottle after asking so many times. Not at all satisfied with the property as, well as staff. Will never recommend anyone n myself for this property.

First of all people do not understand the language.if hotel people do not understand the language how we are supposed to communicate. I had stayed one more day extra and did the booking through the app but they refused and took extra money and they did not provide breakfast for the last day. People should avoid this kind of hotels . It's a breach of trust.
