Maintenance of A/C, Toileteries have to be improved.

Good location n neat maintenance

Room cleaning not properly planned. Only once in a day

Break fast was good, location is bang on the mainroad, but there was a function hall beside and traffic will be packed in evening times

They need to maintain hygiene , Some sort of smell is coming in the corridors, there was no fragrance neither in the lobby nor in rooms.

Location is good. Breakfast met the expectation

The Lighting in the room is white. The cooling from the A/C is poor. The WiFi gets disconnected every 10 minutes. The response for this from the staff is poor. When I called the house keeping to clear the dinner plates, the response is very rude. The person asked me to call some other number and get it sorted , as if I have called some Vice president of the hotel

The ambience is good.The hotel staff were quite undetectable. Booking.com messed up the way the booking is done. I first chosen two people one room. After seeing the price I updated to 2 rooms. The way the system configured which is different from my expectation. It interpreted as one room per one person. This was raised by hotel reception team. I have shown and explained how I tried to book. After some time and discussions, they kindly allowed to checkin. Booking. Com should understand how their system is creating issues at the time of booking.

The hotel WiFi does not get connected. When we approached for help they said it should connect and disconnected the phone. Not a great experience.

I like the ambiance

The room was with tiles it wasn't like what they've showed in the picture so it was disappointed

Spacious rooms with desk. Good breakfast buffet. Staff try to be helpful.

A little inconsistent with room amenities; sometimes I had to ask for bottled water, for example. Need more beverages provided with the buffet.

Breakfast was ok ok had idly it was just made of ravva which i least expected in Andra pradesh which is famous for food .

I booked the room seeing online reviews but to my surprise i was given a corner room 3008 which was like a old unused room especially washroom it was not clean water was clogging n when i tried to contact room service n house keeping numbers none responded and when someone is paying you money the least they expect is cleanliness and a comfort stay i couldn't find AC remote anywhere in the room no one responds to calls.i expected a neat and clean room but to my surprise it was not n there was hair on the bedsheets i believe which were not changed and washroom was seriously unhygienic. When i asked for a different room the person who came to drop my luggage said what's wrong with this room this all we have for now.......imagine paying money and getting to hear all of this.

I like the room and the location is accesible to the other areas

The sounds which i exeperience in the hotel was too worst and i don't get proper sleep because of that and staff failed to control them.

The cleanliness. There were fungus all over the bathroom sink. The water had a smell. My first room smelled so bad that I had to switch.

TV and refrigerator didn’t work. AC was noisy but didn’t cool much; informed the manager but didn’t fix the problem.

Not a single person was there for service tIt was not at all satisfactory

There was no water in bathroom nobody was lifting the phone call

The Hotel has nice ambience and allowed us for early check in by 1 hr

Main issue:i have booked for 2 Adults and 2 Kids for which your website (Booking.com) proposed the reservation at this hotel.when i checked in at the hotel i got a king suite with just 1 bed. when i asked for my second bed or a connecting room for as the booking was for 2 adults and 2 kids and 1 bed is not adequate for all of us, the staff told me there are no doubles rooms suites or room with double beds in this hotel at all. what a great disappointment Booking.com!!! i am not sure how your algorithm is mapping 1 king suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. I would have rather did a booking at a 3 star hotel for 2 rooms which comes at more economical cost rather than shelling out so much and sleep in sofa.second issue:i asked them for water which the room service guy did not respond for when i called him again he asked me if i wanted the normal bottle or the complimentary bottle. i told him if am eligible please provide me the complementary ones. he then responds me to call the housekeeping team as they will have to provide the complementary bottles. when i reached out to housekeeping team they never turned up. exhausted of waiting and calling one after the we simply walked 100 mtrs to find nice decent restaurant for a refreshing lunch for the whole family.I will never again opt for this hotel and probably Booking.com as well.

Room was clean and hygiene and staff also very friendly,loved the breakfast ?, prices for food also reasonable overall you can go for it it's a 3star hotel but they are maintaining as 5 star hotel ❤️

The room had a good view. Facilities were good. Cleanliness was attended to. Breakfast was good. We had ordered in-room dining and the food was delicious.
