There were lot of mosquitoes and cockroaches in various sizes climbing on tables chairs beds and on towels. The bed linens were not clean and the cot and mattress battered and sagging with sounds giving severe back ache. When asked for mosquito repellent the staff didn't provide. Also the bathroom had lots of spiders. The geyser was not working at all.

Nothing. Stayed here coz the previous property we had booked on booking.com has dishonored our booking and given the room to someone else.

Pictures of the property don't match with the room, which was smaller and the walls were quite dirty. The mattress was unformfortable, with a dent in the middle. The toilet commode was stained and the body / had wash containers were not in a good stare as well. Don't stat here, choose another property

The room reserved for us has been allotted to some one else few minutes before our arrival at the venue, though we have made payment online, immediately after booking. They told us that you were late, that's why we have allotted the same to others. Finally, they have allotted a Non-AC room which is not in use for days together. Floor and furniture are dirty, bed is uneven, hard and very discomfort. They have not changed the Bed sheets and pillows also. Overall, they don't have minimum concern or courtesy towards the Guests.

The hotel refused the booking and said that the rooms were not available and hence we have not stayed there. I need the refund for the entire booking value. please process my refund ASAP. This booking experience was very worst amd had a very bitter experience.

Room size is good, ventilation, TV, and AC are very good.

At first instance they rejected to provide room saying they didn't receive communication from Booking. Com. Then asked me to cancel the booking, which i rejected and asked him to cancel, so tgat i will check other property. After 30 min struggle only room provided. No service boy available. Minimum necessities not attended. One unhygienic towel only provided. Nit recommended especially for families. Bathroom is very small.

STAFF RECEIVING COULD BE BETTER.

CLEANLINESS AND THEY SHOULD PROVIDE A SEAL WATER BOTTLE, INSTEAD OF REGULAR WATER WHICH THEY ARE GIVING, AND STAFF SERVICE ALSO NOT THERE LIKE IF WE ORDER ANY FOOD THEY WILL NOT BRING

There is no room service. They can made arrangements of coffee or tea. Rates are different with oyo

I am forced to vacate the room oneday early i.e. on 08.04.21 though I have reservation upto 9th April., as No drinking water is provided inspite of repeated requests. Room is flooded with mosquitos. No TV facility. No canteen facility. Highly arrogant and barbaric behavior. I recommend to remove the hotel from your list immediately.
