Location is good.

People at reception. They asked to pay USD 100 per person as deposit while check in which I denied. They said it’s as per internal hotel policy. I asked them to show the same on booking.com reservation voucher however it was no where mentioned. They forced us to deposit the passports as security or check-in was not allowed. Booking.com should take an action on this hotel. Why the money deposit policy at time of check in is not mentioned anywhere. I stayed in many brand hotels around the world but this is the first time I was asked for the security deposit. They don’t care event if I had small children with me. They delayed the check in unnecessarily. Bathroom was stinking and even after multiple complaint no one came, I had to go down to reception 2 times to remind them that my son is waiting to use washroom please get the issue resolved.

Overall great place, but the heating was off so ot was cold in the room.

The view from the restaurant was very nice

The price included complimentary breakfast, access to the swimming pool, gym, sauna, & spa. The restaurant is on the 9th floor and you enjoy a beautiful view of mountains and the sunrise.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the facilities were amazing. Breakfast was nice, with a variety of food.

I absolutely loved the place I had a breakfast at, because I could see the hills from the terrace. The breakfast was very delicious, I had everything I wanted, eggs, meat, cheese, fruits, joghurt and there was a coffee machine. I had a PERFECT coffee every morning. The towels were changed each day. I've got the complimentary fruit plate the first day I've got check in. The staff was very friendly and helped me all the questions.

The staff was highly responsible and efficient. When I offered to leave a tip, they kindly suggested that, if I was satisfied with their service, I could write a review about the hotel instead.

Location. Clean and modern room.

It is not nice to ask for money for the complimentary water.

Great location close to the exhibition center, quiet rooms

no yoghurt for breakfast. Rooms had the smoke detectors covered with their original dust cap, so not functional. I had that changed on the spot.

Everything was clean, except flushing system of the toilet was out of order, also it was too cold in the room amid faulty HVAC system. Got cold at night :(((Staff called and asked to make additional payment for my wife, although room was preliminarily booked for TWO adults…

Location Interior Cleanliness Breakfast

Super comfy beds and very clean. Nicely decorated rooms, hotel looks modern and new.Location near Botanical garden and close to restaurants and cafes.Nice swimming pool and sauna.Decent breakfast, not super many choices, but plenty for everyone. Pretty view on the mountains from the restaurant.

Could be nicer with a bigger bathroom.Rooms with mountain view very hot. Rooms on the other side slightly cold. Complicated airconditioning system which we couldn’t figure out. Gym was okay-ish, but no possibility to open window and let fresh air in. Also no water dispensers at the gym/sauna.Resraurant staff were nice.Staff at the reception were okay, but didn’t feel very welcoming or interested. There was one girl who was kind and happy to help, others didn’t seem to care too much and we felt like we bother them with questions. For a hotel of this price I would expect a bit more smiling and service minded attitude.

The location was nice offering a pleasant view from the window, and the bed was comfortable.

The room and bathroom were notably small, with dirty carpets in the room. The shower drain was malfunctioning, and towels and bathrobes were not properly replaced. Toiletries were insufficient, as essentials like conditioner, body lotion, and a comb were missing. Given the price paid, these basic amenities were expected.

Very clean, amazing location, nice breakfast.

It is a hotel above the Scandic hotels standard. Excellent sauna and pool.

The only thing I didn't like were sharp corners of the frame around the bed. I did scratch my legs several time when walked around, twice I scratched myself until I bleed. I needed to cover the corners with towels, only like this we walked comfortably around.

Our room 506 was very clean and well-organized. TV works well, we had dental kid, clean towels and slippers in the bathroom. Our bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was good enough - Turkish style. It’s a good value for money. We enjoyed the terrace at 9th floor. Amazing view.

Can’t say anything negative

Staff, cleaning, iftar and sahur organization. Quite and peaceful stay.

Service & clean room

The staff at the reception are a little laid back.

The rooms are having thin walls, you can hear the noise from other rooms. Rest all was good.
