Location was excellent. Hotel is a bit old but clean. Breakfast area sometimes gets full and tables took a while to get cleaned. Rooms were spacious.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent as it was adjacent to the city center. Breakfast was good. The business room was very useful. Overall, a very good hotel, and I liked it. I will likely choose this hotel the next time I visit Almaty.

I did not have anything I did not like.

I really like the location of this hotel, there are many coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The neighborhood is friendly and lively.

Clean hotel, nice location

By any means it’s not a 4 star, not even 3 star. No gym, no SPA, boring breakfast with very poor service. At the check in she gave us a Standard room instead of Superior room for what I paid and booked. So I had to come back and only then, they gave me other room. There’s no bell boy, instead of very high stairs-good that taxi driver helped us to lift our bags.

The staff in reception is soo eregent..specially a guy with beard and without mustach..system was not working had to waite 1 hour in reception.the guy took a revenge on charging a small bottel of water wich my kid had..he was soo eregent..he is the curse of that property..

Location is very near to metro, happening spots,markets

They were not replaced with the bedcover and sheets for all 7 days

I really appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff of this hotel. I have stayed there 3 times already. The location is great, just in the heart of Almaty. The room we were given was spacious, with a balcony, clean and equipped with needed amenities. Just a bit old renovation, though quite well maintained.

I stayed here two nights with my sister. The staff were nice and friendly. We had a clean and quiet room. All amenities were provided. The location is close to most places. There are restaurants nearby as well. Everything was good. The staff can speak English so it was easy to communicate. We found this a very safe place as two girls traveling alone. The front desk always had someone. The roads and nearby places were also safe at night for us. We would book again for stay in summer or moderate climate.

The heating system at the room wasn’t functioning properly. The staff tried fixing it for us few times when we requested but it kept going off later. Since it was too cold it wasn’t a cozy stay for us during nights especially. Water temperature was difficult to adjust. It was boiling hot or too cold. It was difficult to find a suitable temperature. Other than this everything was good. Staff especially were kind and helpful when we had any requests.

It was not heating properly...and was quite cold. They said this is max heating possible

The location is excellent, conveniently near numerous restaurants and small grocery stores.The two rooms we booked are spacious, though the third room is a bit smaller.The food selection is decent, and they have baristas for coffee.The reception staff is very accommodating; they packed our breakfast as our tour started at 6 am on our 2nd day.

One room had an issue with the toilet flush, which wouldn't stop and eventually overflowed. We had to call maintenance to fix it.The water in the sink and shower suddenly switches to hot, which could cause burns.The three rooms we booked were on separate floors, and we were not informed beforehand. Despite our three-night stay, we were never offered the option to move to rooms closer together, even though there were vacant rooms on the 5th floor.The rooms lack soundproofing, as we could hear people talking outside.

We loved the location and the reception staff a lot. They breakfast was mostly continental with some local options. Mostly remained the same over our stay, however there were some interesting options. The hotel is 300m from Astana square. We stayed in the hotel from 29 December to 4th January 2025.

Don't know why it has a 4 star rating. Best it deserves is 3 stars.Basic amenities and not so clean.
