Location was great

We booked a room for 3 people and arrived at the hotel around 4:30 AM. Unfortunately, the extra bed was broken, but the reception staff responded quickly and provided us with an additional room, which we really appreciated. Our stay was for 4 days and overall, the hotel was good and comfortable.One suggestion: the breakfast spread could be improved as the options were quite limited.

Big room.

Bathroom is minuscule. The SPA is a private business and it's always busy. The SPA staff doesn't speak English. They smoke in the restaurant and the smell is terrible. I couldn't have dinner in there because of that.

Hamam otağındaki duş kabin doğru işləmirdi. Kabindəki duşların yalnız 1 i işləyirdi, digərlərindən pis qoxu gəlirdi və doğru işləmirdi.

Great location. Walking distance to panfilov Park, Green Bazaar. Room is comfortable. Breakfast althought not lavish, but sufficient.

The staff is not very helpful and they didn't provide drain stopper for bathtub said not available and no weighing scale as well simple things like extra glasses they said only 2 glasses per rooms.. breakfast is very limited and they use sheesha lounge for it which is very dark..we were offered a different room initially than our booking after confronting it was changed to similar one we booked. But it delayed our checkin .

During Check-In, the Receptionist provided incorrect information regarding breakfast times, which meant we were planning to leave early to get breakfast at the airport. When we checked out, we found the Breakfast was open.The room we were given appeared to be intended for a single bed. There were insufficient electrical sockets for phone charging and no hot water for the morning shower.

The staff are approachable and they really help us to be feel comfortable during our stay. The roomWas clean and big. The foods was great ?? the hotel location is near also in tourist spot

The only problem since i’m staying near the lift , i can hear the noise outside when they taking the lift

I stayed for 5 nights and extended 1 more day but unfortunately there was no wifi for almost 3 days as they have some sort of internet connection problem.

It’s near to everything. Very accessible. We stayed for 2 days and it feels like home. It was spacious for 3 adult and 1 child.

The breakfast food was nice, but I would prefer an atmosphere more light than the hookah bar, and especially as the lighting was dark and the music also fitting for nighttime.
