Spacious, clean, nice

Room was a little cold .

Nothing at all.Staff rude to the fullest Owner terrible evil just like the Old man in reception at night they don't accept the reservations online because the rates online are cheap and in the hotel he charges $100!! For one day, no towels no toilet paper no soap, everything the guest has to pay for..The said they have free breakfast in the morning, which the charge is already in the room fee, but there ain't no such thing served or offerd there!!Mean rude scammers and thief's.Health department with them!!

Everythiung went well. other than baggage carrying facilties.

when i aws about to veccate, no one was there to help me to lift my baggage. When i asked them, they told there is no staff for them/.

The room is very noisy and we can hear the car horn voice and also who is next to the room they Arey are talking we can hear it. It’s not comfortable while sleeping.

Very hospitable and polite staff. Cleanliness if top notch. Everything is accessible. Supermarket, money exchange, restaurants are near.

The Wi-fi was not stable. The door lock was broken in room 104.

The location

No elevator, it blocks-out during our stay

The location is nice, there is a big MAGNUM supermarket /express that you can have your groceries. restaurant nearby, exchange in front. The ladies and guys at the receptions are helpful when you ask something.

There is no one helping on your luggage. The guys are just rounding /roaming around doing nothing. I do not know what are their job. They are just using phones, sleep or sit down. The elevator is not working and NO ONE helping guests to take luggages.

Good location, close to parks, public transports

My stay was disappointing. The breakfast was poor, with bread that wasn’t fresh. The beds were very uncomfortable — you could feel the springs while trying to sleep. The elevator was out of service, which was inconvenient, and the shower doors leaked, making the bathroom messy.

The hotel location is accessible ,with groceries, restaurants, and city attractions nearby. The check-in process was smooth, staff spoke good English, and were friendly.The room condition was decent— not a new hotel, but fine overall. The bathroom was small but clean,with a working heater, bathtub, and shower, though no bidet. Amenities were well provided, including daily bottled water, fresh towels, and toiletries.Cleanliness was okay — no bad smell upon arrival, fresh bed sheets, and daily housekeeping. Comfort and sleep quality were great, no noise and comfortable bed.Value for money was fair , but perhaps a bit pricey for a small room. Safety and security were okay, with a front desk presence making it feel safer than an Airbnb

There was no working Wi-Fi in my room. The connection only worked if I stood outside my door. I reported it and was told it was fixed, but it still didn’t work. After two days, I asked again, and they offered to move me to another room, but it would have been too much hassle since I had an early tour the next day and a flight after that. I hope they can improve their Wi-Fi, as this can be very frustrating for guests who need to work remotely. I ended up using my mobile data instead.

Carpet is due for replacement or at least cleaning. Extra bed added were very old and must be thrown

Close to the downtown attractions of Almaty. Hotel staff are nice and hospitable

The pillows are super old lots of stain they just pillow case to look better. The additional bed placed on the room was so dirty and worn out.

Price and Inside City

No Lift But manageable since I was having only one Trolley bag

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and there was adequate protein at breakfast to begin the day well. There was a money changer across the street and a supermarket within a 3 minutes walk. The neighborhood was safe.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues. The bathroom doors lacked locks, and upon arrival, we found that room service was unavailable. Furthermore, the absence of an elevator forced us to carry our luggage up to the second floor ourselves

Great hotel in a great location, retro soviet feeling and walkable to many places of interest in Almaty.
