Royal Petrol Hotel

Spacious, clean room with basic amenities provided. Short 10-15 minutes walk to the bus station as I was travelling to Kyrgyzstan the next day.

The staff did not speak very good english, we used google translate to communicate. I would also have preferred clearer instructions when I asked them for directions to the bus station - for example, she could have showed me the walking route using 2gis or google maps. The neighbourhood around the hotel did not feel safe at night, though I confirm nothing negative happened.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was really comfy. They stored our suitcases for a few days, when we went backpacking.

We've got charged extra 50% for early check-in, even though no one was using the room and the hotel was far from full.

The hotel is a bit too far from the center, the location is not good, but the taxi there is cheap and the staff helped me to call a taxi and that was nice.There were only a few persons who can communicate in English and I always needed a google translater.The bottle of water was not served from the second day and even i asked they forgot.

Everything was pathetic, the staff was extremely rude and stingy, they were arguing even to give one extra cube of sure, also I felt the place was haunted ?

I was looking for a hotel for one night and the location was for me a top priority (the closest to the bus station). The room contained everything I need (air conditioner - must have, bath assets, mini-bar). The place is not the best in terms of silence, there is a busy road, and a gas station by the building. Take into consideration this fact if you are looking for a quiet place.

Clean room. Very nice receptionist eith good English. She even helped me transport to Kyrgyzstan by arrange taxi for me, and took care of me until I arrive Bishkek. Nice facility with very lovely receptionist.

Nothing much to do around...

Breakfast was good. I stayed there for two days. Staff was very friendly and did their best to help me despite their fluency in English language. 30mins drive to the airport.

Breakfast was good as usual. I was staying in this hotel for two years 2-5 days per month.Although the location is bad I liked it to come back every time. This time suddenly Ihad to pay for the breakfast.

I'm coming here for two years with pleasure.This time this changed. I arrived at midnight.Because my plane was leaving in the afternoon I checked out at 3.15 pm.I had to pay half a day extra.
