Very clean, very convenient place and it has bath - very nice after skiing.Room was very quiet and curtains were blackout, so sleeping there was perfect.Surprisingly good breakfast.Upon my arrival I asked to check-in early and my request was met, thank stuff for that

Everything was up to expectations

The receptionist ordered Yandex Taxi to the airport for 3500 Tenge, saving me a lot of money. 10 minutes walk to Arbat, 20 min to the Green Bazaar and 25-30 minutes to the Central Park.

There is nothing I can remember that I did not like.

The Rooms were very clean and very well sized. The location is excellent and a short walk from Arabat Street.Serves very well planned breakfast and a variety of coffee and juices. Staff is very kind, helpful and excellent service.

Had some trouble with the shower but needs a bit of trial and error to work with the water temperatures.

Location was great.

Breakfast was not that good. Many guests at the same time - touristic groups.Parking spot reachable but not always.Swimming pool and Spa under expectations.

The hotel should focus more on cleanliness, as the reception staff was unwell and unmasked, and despite the comfortable price, enhancing guest care and service would be beneficial.

The place was super-clean and cozy; the bed was very comfortable; special thanks for an ergonomic chair and a nice desk with excellent internet connection! I also leved the pool and the sauna - warm water, dry sauna and fantastic staff!!! All facilities were very clean.The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is not new, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is very supportive and friendly.

The location is very central, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, supermarket etc..choice of 2 double beds in one room ( works with family perfect). I have stayed here multiple times. For Muslims, there's a Muslim shower/shattaf in the toilet!!

A great hotel for a visit to Almaty. It was in a convenient central location. We were welcomed warmly by the reception girl who spoke excellent English and explained everything clearly. We had been given a complimentary upgrade to our room booked which we were very grateful for. The rooms were very good size and spotlessly clean.and everything worked well.The breakfast had a good variety of items for everyone. We ate an evening meal at the hotel and that was of a good standard. We would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Almaty.

The lights in the bedroom had so many connections it was confusing when you only wanted one switched on. The over bath shower was excellent, but the bath was very deep and had no hand rails so would not be suitable for everyone.

This is a very comfortable hotel, and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate guests. Restaurant has very convenient hours for three meals.

A prepared list of museums with hours, nearby restaurants, and city sights would be very helpful.

International standard hotel with comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, nice quiet location and friendly staff.

Attracts a lot of bus tourists and airline staff and hence at tines the lobby looks like a train station. However check-in is smooth and efficient nevertheless.

Good location in the city centre.

Bar is open 24/7 but not staffed often.

Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast, rooms are clean and complete with amenities, view is great if you get facing the mountains , plus point is free access to indoor wading pool.

Half the hotel is refurbished to modern ID, the back half still feels somewhat 90s, not sure how they are allocated. Not so luggage friendly entrance, straight up a staircase with no ramp.

Nice big room with comfy bed. Hotel was centrally located and had everything we need - a good standard business type hotel. The breakfast was the best we’d had in hotels in the region - nothing special but decent.

The staff didn’t communicate with each other so we had to repeatedly explain that we’d booked a second night and would be staying in the same room, including being woken at 6am by staff calling the room to say a taxi (that we had not booked) was here. Overall all the staff came across as disorganised.

The hotel is centrally located. Big, clean rooms which are well maintained. Close to Arbat street, green market & many other attractions. Good amount of restaurants too.

Clean, comfortable rooms, great staff, good breakfast, location walking distance to metro and other sites. Restaurant was also good. Gym and pool looked nice but did not use.

Not much to complain about. Water temperature in shower extremely hot even at cold readings but cooled down in a bit.
