Nice room size, neat and clean, helpful staff.

Washroom size was very small.

The location is perfect to be near a lot of restaurants and important places

The restaurant didn't have anything to offer at dinner and the breakfast was so bored

Clean, comfortable stay in a quiet location close to most of the attractions. Haven’t used the breakfast or facilities, so have nothing to say about them. There are many cafes and coffee shops around. All in all a decent clean hotel in a good location, staff is helpful. Wouldn’t advise to take an airport transfer, better download a taxi app, taxi services are swift in Almaty.

The bathroom in a standard double room is made of plastic. Service is poor during breakfast. Overpriced for the quality you should have got but you haven’t.

The restaurant is basic, with limited menu and non-english speaking staff. Nobody smiles, at dinner, at breakfast at the bar; sometimes a friendly smile on the face can be appreciated by the customers....

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The laundry was swift and good. Very spacious room, very clean. Great mattress.

Hamam didn't work in my shower.

The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. They speak English and French well.We were able to check in at 5:30am as requested.The hotel’s location means you can visit Almaty on foot and the metro is very close.A hotel I would recommend if you want to stay in Almaty.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms. Hotel within walking distance of pharmacy and many cafes and restaurants.

Location is nice and away from the hustle bustle. Breakfast was okay...not much choice for vegetarians. I must add the tea was not as warm as it should be....for all four days that we were there.... it just requires a bit of an attention thats all.The room that we were in the Aircon was an issue cooling was not effective... however the other room where our other friend was staying cooling was perfect.

Though the housekeeping was cleaning the room, however on all four days, they did not make-up the bed ??All else was fine.

I really liked the location of the hotel. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as well as a metro station. The wifi is super fast and pretty reliable. The beds are really comfortable, and the room is really modern. The smaller size of the hotel makes it more boutique and quiet. The lobby is gorgeous and great to hang out when you're waiting for people, or arriving back after a day out.

My room had a very noisy neighbour which I had to complain about at least twice a day. The staff would be up to tell him to be quiet within minutes, but this went on for days and they refused to do any more than this. The shower and toilets are weird plastic cubicles, that can get slightly mouldy. They're not awful though.

I like the variety of the breakfast with many fruits and nuts available and some good healthy breads.The bed was comfortable and the location is nice, near a subway station with many restaurants, coffee shops and park around..

The design of the bathroom is a bit strange but everything is available and clean.

The location is relatively central and near the metro. The staff are helpful and polite.

It takes up to 10 minutes for the hot water in the shower to turn on. The beds are very low and not very comfortable. My room had no hot water in the shower until maintenance was called to fix it. There is no luggage rack in the rooms. For the price they charge, I'd say it's rather poor value for money considering all this.

Great location, clean and functional rooms (very modern and no carpets which I like a lot for hotels). 24h reception. Good WiFi. We did not have breakfast included and there are many nice places around. Go to “What Flat” around the corner for a great coffee.

Toilette and shower included in the room only separated by very thin walls so must feel comfortable with your fellow travelers. But still really functional and clean. So overall: Simply great hotel and we would go again.

Location is amazing. Right in the new center, with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Having said that, the room was quite.Staff is great.Breakfast is very good, with nice choice of different dishes.Room was quite big and comfy.Very good wifi all around the property.Very smooth check in and out.

The shower was a bit quirky. One of the nights I didn't have very hot water (it was warm), but this issue was resolved during the rest of the stay.The a la carte restaurant is mediocre in terms of food quality and taste.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful in giving directions, and Mr. Egor even extended his help in trying to help me sort out my tour. The hotel location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from different attractions. Highly recommended!
