Location is perfect, friendly staff, clean room

Location, friendly staff, clean room

The front desk staff were friendly and tried to help.

Very poor quality and maintenance. In all rooms the shower doors didn’t close, many things didn’t work, and cleanliness was unacceptable. I found an empty vodka bottle behind the bed and a phone case stuck in the bed frame. Bathroom doors wouldn’t lock even after a technician. I asked to speak to the manager, was told “tomorrow,” and no one ever contacted me. No compensation was offered.

The rooms and facilities are really nice and comfortable.

Some of the staff was not very helpful or even impolite. But then one staff came, unfortunately I don’t remember his name, he arranged our early check-in and even he did upgrade to one bed room type.

Facilities & clean

Small room no spa

The breakfast was good. The cleanliness and room size were excellent. The front office staff, the housekeeping, were very helpful.

The air conditioning coils have been better. We stayed on two floors - the 4th floor which was cooler than the 3rd floor.

The property was at a very close proximity to lots of cafes, restaurants, and to parks. The one bedroom apartment had a very different vibe, but it could be a lot better.

There is an issue with the language because of it there are times where you feel the staff is very rude. Amina and few people were extremely helpful but there were few at reception which had no smile on they faces and looked cold. There were many times my room was not clean and made up I had to call the front office to get it clean and change the bed. This isn’t what is expected. When my room was changed to the studio…there is no sugar or creamer in the room, how can you make tea or coffee.

Very close proximity to nearby cafes and restaurants.

Language barrier and they don’t understand. This the reason it looks like they are rude.

Location is great with all supermarkets restaurants around. Studio apartment was great with a good kitchenette.

The staff didn’t understand the language much , but overall we had a good stay. Few lady staffs at the reception were rude and unreaponsive.

Excellent location, super restaurant in the hotel building, very green location, super friendly staff

Staff was very kind and respecfull

Air condition !!! And not good in english language

Very modern, fully equipped and very comfortable and safe.

The air condition. Worked well for the first 3 nights but for the last 2 it was hot. Reported about it three times but nothing was done. It could have been a simple issue such as insufficient gas but it was not resolved.

The hotel is very clean and staff was kind and the location very close to Abay street, also they allow us to check in early because we have a baby.

Easy check-in experience. Great location. Clean room.

The bed seemed like a murphy bed (wall beds that can be raised to the wall and become a sofa). It was somewhat uncomfortable getting into and out of the bed. Also, you typically expect a bedside table in a hotel (to park your book/spectacles/phone/chargers etc.) - which was missing here.

Good spread for breakfast with variety. Close to Arbat street. Comfortable rooms. The toilet had a bidet which was good. Staff were very helpful.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room had plenty of space to relax. I especially loved the cozy sitting area. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is the heart of downtown and the rooms are well-decorated and well-equipped, therefore the stay becomes very comfortable. I did not try the restaurant, leaving it for the next stay.

Nothing in particular

The family apartment had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a nice kitchen, dining table, and living room. Very nice shower. Plenty of room for our family to relax. The breakfast is pricey, but very good, with many options for all different diets and palates. The hotel provides filtered drinking water on every floor, with a carafe in the room. The location is in the center of the city and easy to walk from, and also right near many bus stops.

The windows did not block the street noise, even in the dead of winter and with the curtains closed -- I had to use earplugs to sleep. The biggest issue was the electronic lighting, thermostat, and curtain control -- it took a couple days to figure out how to get it to do what we wanted it to do, and even then, it didn't always work as it should.

Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Service was solid

Breakfast selection was underwhelming, but more problematic was that every hot item was, at best, lukewarm. Unfortunate.
