The staff was fantastic. The facility is nice and the room worked well.

The water was pipes must have had rust because the water was brown for the first few minutes every time you ran the water. The bed was huge which was great but the top cover wasn't big enough to cover the whole bed. The fitness room was ok but not great

Staffs were very cooperative especially Jamila and Amina, at the reception was happy to serve us , and was informative too.

There was no AC!!! the reception told us to keep the window open. We tried but still there was no air coming inside the room. We dont have choice but to cancel our entire stay and shift to another hotel.

Busy and crowded

Room was nice but a little dated. We got an additional bed added for a fee. Prices for room service are very reasonable and food quality is great. The hotel is probably a good 3 start and a below-par 4 star but all-in-all a nice hotel.

The bathroom was terrible, with a massive bathtub no-one used and a small sink which wasn't fit for our needs. I'm not sure why they didnt just install a showercabin as it would have been much better.

The staff isn’t communicative, and 4nights we stay there the warm water is not coming and there is no pressure off water, we even cannot take a shower for 2days during summer. We asking the staff but they dont give us good answer, but the room service is so kind and good . Even though we are walking they say “good morning”

Staff curtesy missing and even breakfast was not good. Very few options and no warm food. All food was cold. House keeping were not good

The rooms were comfortable, clean and good location.

We had requested an extra bed at the time of booking, but when it was provided, it turned out to be broken. We had to call the reception four times before someone finally came to fix it. The following day, our 2-year-old accidentally broke a glass. We immediately asked the housekeeping staff to help clean it up. However, just five minutes later, a staff member from reception came to our room at 10 PM to inform us that we would be charged 3,000 Tenge for the broken glass.So to charge the could come immediately ?

Absolutely disappointed with this hotel. Unfriendly staff, whatever you ask them they so unhelpful. the room is big, but bathroom was in horrible condition. Smells from sewerage, like in a public toilet. The shower didn’t work well. And the amount we paid for 3 nights doesn’t correspond to the level of hotel . I would not recommend this hotel

Property is well maintained & the rooms were spacious.

So we noticed that’s the room was cleaned & the trash from our room were left right outside our door, & it remained outside for the next two days.Also We went to have our breakfast with our infant & there was not space in the dining area , so we were offered to sit in the VIP zone. However after 15mins & we were also not done eating our breakfast, we were asked to shift from that area, we felt bad as we were feeling our infant & it was embracing. We felt that certain staff were racist.

Cleanliness in the room was not upto the mark

Staff was excellent and the hotel location and facilities were great. We really liked the Room Quality and overall we were happy.

We had an issue with our Room Cleaning as during our 5 Days stay they never changed our Bed and Bath linen over the first 4 days, the room wasn't vaccumed and either did they clean the Toilet bowl and the Washbasin. It as on the last day that I had to raise a complaint about this matter thats when the Bed and Bath linen was changed however still the Bathroom didnt get cleaned. Sorry to say but the Housekeeping team really disappointed us and was just doing a mediocre job. When i raised an issue to the hotel i got a response of 15% discount on my next visit but I wont be travelling back as I was on Tourism. Please look into a suitable monetary compensation on the amount I have paid for my 5 nights stay as it was very low standard to the cost we paid.

Spacious room and big bed. Nice view. Excellent breakfast.

The hot water shower could be hotter, since the tap had hotter water. The flush was difficult to press. The shampoo and bath gel could be higher quality.
