It was clean & convenient

The air conditioner is in the wrong place & the fan wasn’t working very well so it took a long time to cool down but it was a over 40 the day we were there

When I met the family running the property in reception I knew it was going to be a good decision

Convenient location, easy access to room from the car and clean room. Staff were very welcoming and answered questions as to restaurants and amenities within walking distance!

Great little budget motel. Conveniently located. Clean and comfortable.

Not really a negative as such, just something to be aware of especially if travelling with kids - Large pool appears to be all one depth (1 8m?) which wasnt ideal. There is a small toddler pool as well.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. Bathroom was updated and air conditioner worked well.Staff at both check in out were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, well kept rooms. Pool area was fantastic for kids. Dog friendly was great.

Room was clean and fine to fit our family of 6. Shower was tiny though average size person had trouble fitting in there to shower.

Room door had some issues and could not open easily which made me feel like it wasn’t adequately secure. The staff though were very helpful and always assisted when door couldn’t unlock.

Room was very spacious and had everything we needed, cutlery, coffee, tea fridge, microwave and china. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a greatPool that was very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Location and bathroom was amazing

Double bed was a litttle small and soft

Staff were friendly and helpful and always there when you needed something. I can't thank them enough for helping us at the worst time of our life as we had to flee fire affected area.

Central to all restaurants and take away and petrol stations. Even better we could have our dog there as long as he didn't get on furniture so made the stay feel more like home.

Been updated since we were there 12 months ago. Close to where we need to be. Staff remember us and are always polite and great to deal with.

Room was comfortable and located close to a great number of facilities

I only mention noise from surrounding rooms as some people might find it disconcerting. I do not know what could be done about this. It did not affect my stay but could for others.

It’s very quiet and close to shops.

Only one complaint! The pillows are terrible but everything else was great!

Super convenient location, with Kmart, Coles, KFC etc within 2 mins of walking. Room is very comfy, spacious and clean.

We had an updated bathroom , room was clean , pool was clean and staff were welcoming . Staff explained everything on arrival and supplied a number if we needed anything if reception was closed. Lovely restaurants around the motel .

Very nice room, beds were very comfy.The owner was very nice and accommodating.The motel was in the perfect location, very close to Kmart and Coles, with a lovely restaurant right next door.Will definitely stay here again with my kids, the next time I'm in Wangaratta.Thank you
