The Property Manager/Owner was rude, unprofessional, and engaged in threatening behavior. There was serious misconduct and a violation/breach of their own stated room allocation policies. Already complained to Booking.com and Booking.com assured me the justice.Please note that this Property owner (Advance Motel) has not been responding to calls or emails from Booking.com it seems and appears to be deliberately avoiding communication. He breached room allocation policies by pressuring me to book two rooms at a significantly higher cost, refusing to provide the advertised sofa-bed, and denying accommodation for an extra guest on the sofa-bed, even though I am explicitly entitled under motel policy to accommodate an additional guest for $30, having informed Advance Motel a day in advance.After I raised a complaint, the Property Manager/Advance Motel removed the “sofa-bed” feature from the Deluxe Twin Room description, seemingly to conceal his errors and misrepresentations. Additionally, he carried out unauthorized and fraudulent transactions (that too with extra surcharges without permission) on my credit card without consent or prior notice while we were still in the premises of the property. It's a shame that the Advance Motel is still trying to cover up their mistakes and forcing me to go for legal help!

We love the flexibility with check-in we didn't know a time we could get there and we knew we were a little bit late but there was no problem they have a good system for the keys. It's definitely dog friendly! We have two young kids who love dogs and met every dog that was there.Outstandingly dog-friendly rooms with all of the other creature comforts to tick the box. Definitely a place to stay while you visit your destination.

Unfortunately the pool and spa didn't operate when I was there (and we had the coldest Christmas in living memory (um what happened to global warming?)) so the pool was kind of freezing but that's nobody's fault.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The room was cramped. In the area at the rear of the room outside the bathroom isa lounge from which you cannot see the TV. There is a large low table in front of the lounge which is too low to eat off. There is only one chair. This lounge and table should be replaced with a small table and two chairs.

The staff were very accommodating. Let us have our dog in the disabled room which is not a pet friendly room. We always stay at Advance motel because we don’t go anywhere without our dog. The room was very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff.

The only thing I can say here is that it wasn’t as clean as it used to be.

Although the facilities were adequate, the rooms could do with a spruced. Quite outdated.

The kettle didn't work properly, showerhead could be replaced as outdated

Very old snd basic, fridge was quite dirty on top of seals. Tv didnt work

The grounds of the motel were neat and tidy.

It was very noisy at night and the bathrooms were run down and needed renovation. The layout of the room was odd. You couldn’t sit in the couch and see the TV. The pool was cold, making it not really a benefit of our visit.

Easy to check in. Clean rooms with good air-conditioning. Bed comfortable. Good shower pressure.

It’s a very busy motel with inadequate parking. Arriving after hours made this tricky

Safety larch on door was broken. Bedside lamp on one side of bed unable to be plugged into a power point

The pool was great, other guests were friendly, great lawn for sitting and relaxing with a beer before having a swim. room was clean, comfortable, good TV and aircon worked a treat!

Close to town & shops but best if you have a car, lots of restaurants etc, just a touch far to walk alone in the heat, or dark.

Room was quiet. There was a group outside partying when we arrived at 11pm which we were worried about but once we closed the door, we couldn't hear them at all.Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Parking wasn't great. We had to park out the front of the venue. Not terrible, but not ideal either.

No shampoo or conditioner, mirrors not clean, used soap wrapper left in the bathroom and spare blanket unfolded in the bottom of the wardrobe

Bathroom was not clean. Visible mould and dirt in shower and around hand basin. Dirt along skirting boards. Hairs on vanity. Many marks on walls, needed painting.Very dated and room not maintained to an acceptable standard.Other noisy guests still in pool area at 11pm despite property's written request to vacate by 8pm.

Location was ok, not right in the centre of town so a bit quiter

Not clean. There was a disgusting ash tray FULL of dirty cigarettes on a table at the door to greet us, obviously could have been cleaned when the room was cleaned but wasnt. The table also had not been wiped in decades. Room was very old, chain lock had been removed with lots of scratches and marks on the walls. The spa was not heated, stone cold.
