don't believe google mapsyou can turn right out the car park and then immediately right to get access to local pubs and restaurants

We stay here regularly as a stopover when travelling to Scotland from England . The location is ideal

When I booked they charged me for the car parking which I thought was free and I thought I’d got a B&B so when I add all that to the price I would have booked premier inn north which was cheaper either way breakfast and free parking I just feel conned

Reasonably handy for our destination and close on the M6 Motorway. Very pleasant reception staff. Menu in room!

Bottom sheet on one of the beds not fitted properly and was uncomfortable. Didn't realise I would have to pay £5 per night parking fee because i had not booked direct with the hotel!

Food in restaurant was decent

Room was perhaps overly warmFelt the additional £5 for parking unnecessary - why not just include it with the price of the room?

Perfect for a stop while travelling south. Good value. Clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and very helpful. The food in the hotel was good. No road noise in the room which was a surprise. Reception provided a barrier code to allow us to get back to the southbound M6 which saved us time. All in all a very satisfactory overnight stop.

The post code is the same for north and south services. We had to walk from the south to the north side. My mam is 81 years old . Not good especially when carrying suitcases. We thought it was just near Chorley it wasn't. Miss leading your web site.

I felt that the man that was working nights with the glasses on was extremely rude and didn’t want to help guested at all

That you have to pay for parking even though you're using the hotel. Never encountered that before.

was good for a stopover for travelling up north. the morning staff were particularly friendly. the bed was comfy and the room was good enough for a stopover. good for the price

having to pay £5 for parking at a service station hotel is very cheeky and unnecessary

We stop a lot when travelling up & down the motorway to visit family so someone disappointed with this stay. Usually our stays very good.

We had to ask if we would get the complimentary bottle of water & chocolate, after being told yes we were given our key and the young man went on to serve someone else. Having just completed an 8hr journey we wanted to get to our room so did not pursue it, as he was clearly going to be tied up with the other customer. Our room overlooked the bin area and a door that lead into a kitchen area. We like to sleep with a window open but this was not possible as we were disturbed more than once by staff at the bins and talking outside the door.

It was great value, clean and staff very helpful and friendly
