Loved how comfortable the beds were and how clean everything is, the staff were freindly and loved the complimentary tea and coffee.

We was in Room 9The shower wasnt working properly it was a dribble even at full power so we had to resort to using the bath which worked fine.One of the desk lights is broken

Welcomed by a very scruffy and grumpy guy when checking in, he asked me for an additional £10 to access my room one hour early.The hotel is drab, very tired and untidy. Remnants of it once being a Premier Inn remain, including bedrooms that have not been updated for decades.

Bed are so comfy and plenty of space

Bath and shower is together but be better is both was not together

Hot water for bath just luke warm. i like a hotter bathThe reason for our stay was to have a bath n soak as we only have wet room at home. Bit disappointed of this

Very nice place, friendly staff, local to amenities such as the pub as well as Chorley, overall very nice stay.

Unfortunately our room was quite cold so much so we needed to wear extra layers throughout the night.

Heater didn't work in room but sorted by staff quickly

Nothing really. Parking was easy. Right next to a nice pub/restaurant where food was really good.

The Yarrow pub in front of the hotel was excellent. Great food and beer at an excellent price. Very comfortable bed.

Didn't have breakfast.The room was clean and tidy but there was only 1 hand towel for 2 people. The receptionist very quickly responded with a second towel.

The hotel was very basic by Best Western standards and doesn't seem to have had any investment for many years.

Good budget hotel, we use it at least 3 times a year to visit relatives.

It was close to where we needed to be for Christmas

The hallways smelt like sewers and one member of staff smelled of weed.. The room was spacious however there was a lot of dust and the bathroom could have done with an upgrade.. I feel like we paid far too much for a 2 night stay in what I would call a 2 star hotel

The property itself is fine and the staff friendly but I am still suffering the consequences of booking it in terms of leaking of my personal data to a malicious third party which no one has taken responsibility for.

In the process of booking this my data was leaked. Neither booking.com, best western or the hotel owners have taken responsibility for the issue and since staying here I am still being targeted by spam calls spam messages and spam WhatsApp scams emanating from India. This has not happened before to me when using Booking.com so I can only assume it is best western hotels who’s data protection officer can’t even be bothered to investigate.

Large room. Wardrobe space. Tea and coffee plentiful. Comfortable bed. Breakfast available all staff friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Yarrow Bridge pub next door. Good food and prices.

Little tired, but been there a long time. Heating hit and miss.

The hotel is clean and the staff are nice, there is plenty of parking.

The breakfast, breakfast on the go rather than a full sit down meal due to lack of facilities. You can pay the extra for the continental breakfast or a bacon roll. How ever there is a pub next open from 9 with breakfast.

Good location with an excellent pub next door and the bus stop to get into Chorley nearby.

Breakfast was perfectly adequate and simple. I had a bacon bap which was very tasty.

Heating takes a bit of getting used too.
