Cons -
- Restaurant staff didn’t show good hospitality

- Hotel was clean enough and had everything we needed, but I felt the room could benefit from some proper ventilation as the extractor fan didn't work well and windows didn't open easily

Central location, helpful, friendly staff, adequate parking space, good food very reasonably priced ,dog friendly
Only little thing was noisy showers, including from nearby rooms, no other issues
Lovely place
Bath was very dirty jets in the bath spat out black mold
Room was lovely beautiful bathroom excellent shower. Good value. Very pet friendly our dog got a sausage n biscuits at breakfast.
First morning lovely breakfast lovely staff. We ate in the bar that night too. Food was typical pub grub. The next 2 days wasnt as good went down for breakfast a young guy was serving us but we had to ask for teaspoons napkins all seemed a bit chaotic other people had to keep asking for various things for their order too. The next morning the shutter was down at the bar the blinds on windows were still down. We rang bell someone came to serve us but to be honest appeared not to have a clue . Then when food came hubbys breakfast potato scone was like a brick bacon hard too sausage was ok. The egg was runny but so much so part of it didnt seem cooked. My bacon was same egg same really runny . We had to ask for our tea which was already ordered. We were almost finshed b4 we got tea and didnt bring milk we had to ask for that too only to be told they had ran out of milk we had to wait till someone went to shop to get some. I was loving this place too but im afraid after having a great 1st day this has put us off. I do think they need to sort out the staffing prob under pressure but maybe have front of house staff with experience serving. Such a shame cos we were really impressed on 1st day.
Ease of access to the town. Good value for money.Good parking area.Very dog friendly
A bit noisy when people were coming and going.
Very good value and comfortable mattress in this top floor queen room.
No sound proofing. Extremely noisy shower pumps and whirring noises from other rooms.

Only stayed a night
The price was brilliant. Staff were pleasant. Rooms were clean.
Too much noise going on throughout the night and early morning
The facility of the hotel is excellent. Beds are very comfortable and warm for a snow day. Bathroom is really nice and modern. Staff were very helpful.
Very warm comfortable room. Onsite bar and restaurant serving good food.
Thin walls in room, could hear all sounds from adjacent room.
Booking and booking in were straightforward. Our holiday was a winter break, as a couple.Spacious room on the upper floor with large window to sunny aspect. Free private car parking to the rear with hotel access. Value for money for the accommodation and also for drinks/meals available in the friendly bar/restaurant. The bar/restaurant is also popular with local people. We dined here all three nights being served quality food in a speedy and efficient manner. We noted that the menu caters for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diners. The Ben Mhor is well situated for access to Aviemore, the Cairngorm Mountain (skiing and railway) and surrounding scenic countryside.
There were no dislikes for us.
Good place to rest your head, friendly and welcoming staff. Great location on the main street with a great pub and selection of beers
