Nice room great value.

It was a little hard to find. The stairs. Several flights to get to my room. No fan in the room.

No hairdryer and no fridge in room.

Proximity to town and beach

Tv did not work was missing RF cable from TV to wall outlet .Was given one later the first night but then tv had to be tuned. 2 staying and had to ask for more towels which I received. Very few normal tea bags but asked and was given more. UHT milk cartons given some were off and spoiled tea having to empty and redo the tea. Was given powder milk as solution .Bed was very uncomfortable.

Wifi didn't reach the top floor of the building

Hidden gem in Fraserbrugh. Lovely hotel, fun and bright with incredibly helpful staff. We had a lovely high tea. The room was comfortable. The bathroom had a lovely strong shower.

Location to town

I drove around the town as My navigation systen took ME TO A HOTEL OF A DIFFERENT NAME ? eventually having drove all over asking people where it was and being sent to different locations found out they hadn’t changed the sign from its last name but had put the name in the window also Couldn’t get anything to eat as they said they were to busy and didn’t serve breakfast ??‍♂️having just drove for 6 hours also My room was at the top of 3 flights of stairs My wife wouldn’t have been able to climb if She had been with Me

No catering facilities at all on a Monday and little or no options within walking distance in the town. Wish I'd known before booking.Be aware if you have mobility concerns there is no lift .Very poor reception for TV, screen constantly froze. Bedside lights didn't work.

Comfy bed, clean modern room. Reception staff helpful on arrival. Dining room and bar look great.

No hairdryer in room. Breakfast £15 but no menus and little choice other than fried breakfast or any bit of.

The property had nice decor and was very clean.

There was no restaurant or bar facilities available. The seagulls were very noisy outside. The mattress was not as comfortable as other places we have recently frequented.
