I reserved a room with 2 beds and a jetted tub and was told when I arrived that the only room available was a single King with a walk in shower. I was told by another guest that when they arrived the staff asked them if they wanted 1 or 2 beds.

I reserved a room with 2 beds and a jetted tub and was told when I arrived that the only room available was a single King with a walk in shower. I was told by another guest that when they arrived the staff asked them if they wanted 1 or 2 beds.

Yes! The room smelled like dirty mop water. TV had no signal to watch the entire night. The house keeper entered the room with a ?do not disturb? sign on the door 35 min before check out time.

I reserved a room with 2 beds and a jetted tub and was told when I arrived that the only room available was a single King with a walk in shower. I was told by another guest that when they arrived the staff asked them if they wanted 1 or 2 beds.

I did not liked that the person that checked me in charged me again what I had already prepaid and said it was only for incidentals only. Had to make sure it was reversed. Still waiting for call or answer to my email from the hotel, 3 days laters.
