Best Western Heath Court Hotel

I loved being next to all the horses! Huge bathroom with a fabulous tub. My bed was very comfy & my morning walk was peaceful & beautiful. It's right on the edge of town. Great location.

More horses LOL. Not their fault, it rained while we were there. The windows are a little dated, but kept the cold & rain out.

The location was very convenient for me - close to town and not too far to walk from the railway station. The room was fine and had all needed for an overnight stay and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't like the air-con heating system. It was noisy and quite stuffy when it was on but without it the room was extremely cold. I had to fold the double duvet in half to keep me warm enough to sleep without the heating on. Maybe I didn't use the air-con unit properly and some instructions might have helped.

Had a complimentary room upgrade to king size which was a really lovely treat - excellent staff, very friendly. Thank you.

Heating controls in the room appeared to have no effect. Worked well when reception fixed it via their computer.

Staff were welcoming. Easy to find location and ideal for accessing Newmarket's High Street. The room was exactly as the photo and was comfortable and the bathroom was of a particularly high standard. I would stay here again happily.

Noise in the room, no heating

The room is acceptable, good size, well planned.

The WiFi did not work, nor did anyone seem capable of fixing it or even knowing why it was not working. The heating system in this hotel is bizarre, it rarely works properly, the room was either suffocatingly hot or chilly, this has been the case for years with no attempts seemingly to address this.

The location was perfect for my needs. Parking on site was great hotel presented well ,was lean and tidy and staff were extremely friendly and polite.Room was clean and tidy and well proportioned.

only one small thing - it was a little chilly but I could not get the aircon unit to blow warm air out

Liked everything

Got a lovely welcome on arrival. Staff very accomodating. Rooms a good size. Comfy bed. Air-conditioning so can regulate how warm or cold you wanted the room. Some toiletries provided. Also complimentary biscuits in Rooms.

In all honesty there was nothing we could complain about.

The accommodation was very good, very clean and comfortable.One particular staff member was outstanding with her service, with the way she made all my family feel welcomed. Nothing seemed to much trouble for her, So thank you Sarah for looking after all of us at my mother’s wake.Breakfast was excellent.Will stay there again.Highly recommend.

As a solo 70 Yr old traveller, I was warmly welcomed. And made to feel safe.Room very clean and comfortable.Staff approachable, polite and helpful.Breakfast excellent.Carvery very very good, I couldn't move.My 3rd visit.Will come again.

Value, easy check in, comfortable bed

Shower was mal functioning. We were slightly late checking out and someone at reception made it clear they were not happy. It felt uncomfortable. Breakfast was outrageously expensive. There wasn't individual prices for breakfast items - my husband just had fruit, yoghurt eggs and toast - £18.
