The New Inn

Location is amazing. Pub and restaurant at the location serves good food. Love the staff.

No elevator

The price was good, but the accommodations are very basic. It was fine for one night.

The room provides a small space, cramped bathroom, and marginal mattress.

Room and bathroom were large. Quick walk to beach and easy walk to town. Easy street parking. Quiet neighborhood.

We loved the New Inn. We also dined in the pub and it was a delightful experience mingling with the locals. They were so hospitable and welcoming. The room was very clean and met all our needs. It is close to the shore for a nice walk.

Did not have enough beds for everyone. I thought I had reserved the rooms with enough beds. Maybe I navigated the website incorrectly.

Nice place attached to a pub and near the beach. Short walk into town and free parking right out front.

Very good location for travelling to university. The girl at the inn manning the pub tried her utmost to help.

The room was at the top of the house and was really cold when we arrived. There was no provision for extra blankets. The radiator could not be turned on and the thermostat of central heating was very low. My daughter had to wear a sweater at night to keep warm. They had no electric heaters or hot water bottles even .

Great place by the sea, set aside from the town but a pleasant walk.

It seemed expensive, but I that's St Andrews - I blame all the golfers :-)

The room in the attic was clean but small and not very convenient

I liked the fact that we are still in St Andrews, although a 10 min walk is necessary

The room (No 6) was very small and the ceilings crouch in on you. There was one cleaning of the room done through the four days I resided there. There is no breakfast possibilities. So, basically it is just a lock up and go room with no services.

Clean, neat and tidy. Staff were brilliant.

Unsure how to check out. I left the key in the room.

The wee pub is lovely, Plenty of options to suit all with live sport and darts. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations that really made our trip

As we had to arrive before check-in, they provided us with a temporary room so we could change for graduation.

Very minimum amenity, it doesn’t even have any tissue in the room. we asked but they gave us cocktail napkins instead.
