Sorry! Nothing good to say about this place.

Could not get a shower as water was lukewarm. Bad smell throughout. Sure people were smoking in their rooms. Coffee stains on surfaces in room. Room felt unclean. The bedding did look clean though. This is a rundown hotel. Loose electric cable running across floor was a nice touch. We left within an hour of arrival. I didn't expect much for the price but i do expect a clean room with hot water. Decided to leave and put this down to experience.

Poor accommodation

Horrible location, poor condition, broken beds lights no heating, dirty then found to have bed bugs , looking back on previous reviews seems to be a ongoing issue, hotel refuse to refund cost for a poor condition hotel that could make people very unwell.

Budget friendly/ convenient

Cobwebs in the shower and a hairdryer that nearly blew up on me

Did not get any information on breakfast, facilities to make a hot drink inside the room were dirty, inside the kettle was what looked like yellow water. Nothing about my stay was nice or comfortable.

Everything needed to be better, cleanliness was terrible, I was unable to use the bathroom tap due to the dirt around it. Tv remote was temperamental and barely worked. Carpets were stained with burn marks, light kept flickering in the room, mould in the windows in the room and bathroom, beds were like concrete not comfortable at all I did not feel safe in that hotel what so ever due to it being all males who ran it with very little English language. I am really really not happy with the state of the room conditions and safety.

We left key to put room with reception when we got back cleaner had took some of our stuff and disposed of them, milk latte's lempsips and jar of coffee the items it's not the problem it's trusting our other belongings in room now when not in

We'v been hear 2 weeks now and the staff have been wonderful help with all our needs

Bathroom has no radiators so rather cold when get out of shower

Room was perfect size for me and my partner. The staff were lovely and polite and also helpful

The base on the double bed is broke and the springs are knackered on mattress this caused a little discomfort for me as I suffer with bad back to start with. The tea cups in room were not cleaned looked like they had just been rinsed and not washed properly they weren't just ring marks it was thick stuff inside cup looked like soup I didn't report it as was not a big deal as we just supplied our own cups

Unacceptable conditions..

Just given the time to settle in, we noticed the bed had no pillows, strage thing but we go over it, we try to settle in, connect to the WiFi and I notice something moving on my chest as I take a closer look I notice it's a red tiny insect, I bounce off the panels I was laying against and what you see on the video isn't even enough to explain and show what was going on there. Unfortunately can't attach videos to show them crawling all around. Couldn't sleep there and left the same night

The bed was comfy at least and the wifi worked...not much else to say really.

Couldn't get much water out for a showerPaid for breakfast for 2 mornings was told last minute the chef was sick so had to walk to the city to eat as the guy at reception that morning wouldn't ring for a taxi for us despite being asked (not very hospitable) this has been denied by management so I won't be visiting again.

Large family room with 6 beds, which is perfect for my size family! 15 mins from the airport very convenient

Shared toilets were clean.

Toilets unfinished. Panels behind toilet slid off when I dragged my towel off it.Room (4) was unfinished with a random table in the middle of the room with a dead electric socket on it. Plaster dust on wall messed up my clothes.

The price was very low and the location was excellent. Less than a 10 minute walk to the utilita arena. It is also one of the only places offering a room with 3 single beds, which is what we wanted.

We were 3 siblings going to a gig and getting drunk. The room was basic and not exactly clean, but it did us as a base for 1 night. None of us would return with our partners, but it met our needs for the night. Though being so drunk we could sleep anywhere may have helped.

Nice and cozy room. The temperature in the room was just right. The room has en-suite.

Unfortunately there was only cold water in the shower and wash basin !

Staff and location

Cleanliness, dust, mould, holes in ceiling, stains and hairs in beds, no hot water in bathroom sink, plug socket fell out of wall, cold - heating not sufficient, bins had rubbish in.Was probably once a night room and hotel buts seemed a bit rundown.

Had a divet in bed shared bathroom wasn’t cleaned and breakfast wasn’t as good as it could have been. Also had guests next door fight to the early hours of the morning

The convenience, location and price

The sink in our room was coming off the walls. The shared toilets were filthy with excrement left and not cleaned all night. The showers had no pressure and little running water so had to go back to room to wash soap off from the sink. Bring a spare pillow or do what we did and followed advice from another reviewer by folding a towel under your pillow.The icing on the cake was a group of drunk kids right outside our room at 4-5am shouting and screaming and eating kebabs. They were running up and down the corridor knocking on peoples doors. Shame the staff didn’t think to do anything about it, even after we complained
