Big room, food was good including free large breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

No AC, tv remote quit, they gave us new batteries, that wasn't it.

Great hotel with a responsive and kind staff. Breakfasts were excellent. Great location.

Location. Pretty much near the bus stop, walking distance to the center. The english breakfast.

Considering the cost? Soundproofing is poor. Doors and keys make it complicated to get to your room. We asked for housekeeping one day, only the towels and tissue rollswere replenished; beds not made, toiletries not replenished. It has a vietnamese restaurant but operetional in the evening only. Limited choices for breakfast.

Location was good. The staff were excellent.

No refrigerator in the room made it tough for a ten day stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Dinner in the attached Vietnamese restaurant was excellent.

Room was not cleaned on Sunday- this surprised us and deprived us of in-room coffee. Both my wife and I had terrible sneezing attacks after returning to the room from a day of sightseeing. Not sure what we might have been allergic to.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were very clean.. The front of house was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent too.

There is no sound proofing at all in the hotel bedrooms. We could hear our neighbours coughing and turning on/off the lights. Pillows were a bit hard.No curtains on the window, only vertical blinds which didn't block out the sunrise at 5.30

The hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly. Having the Vietnamese Restaurant on site was excellent and saved us going out. The meal was beautiful. The room was spotless, the shower cubicle was clean and had a good power shower. The towels were spotless.

The bedding let the hotel down. The mattresses were so hard as were the pillows making it a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. Also the duvets weighed a ton and I kept getting recurring cramp. Breakfast was OK. I noticed I had a piece of black pudding cut in two (I only had a half of a slice!)

Breakfast bery average and vanilla.No hot chocolate in rooms.Heated towel rail did not come on so towel still wet next day and room still with damp surfaces.

Welcoming friendly staff. The rooms and beds and were very comfortable.The restaurant food and service were excellent and would definitely return again.

Restaurant and bar closed and no removable shower head I didn’t want to get my hair wet whilst showering

The single room was large, the shower excellent, and the breakfasts good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was a good central location for Bodmin.

The single bed/mattress was rather lumpy and uncomfortable. I have back problems so need a firm mattress.

We arrived early at midday and was given the keys to the room early the staff were so friendly and happy the room was huge and spotless We had a lovely view in room 4The breakfast was amazing

The beds were extremely comfortable and the room cosy and well designed. Breakfast was great and we felt very well-looked after by staff. The hotel is in a convenient location to the town and local attractions, and has ample parking.

The outer door to the building bangs quite loudly when it shuts, which can be slightly disturbing if neighbours arrive back late.

Clean good value hotel only disappointment was restaurant closed last night & it says on website that it was open until 11 o’clock , we arrived at 10oclock & no where to get food

No house keeping at the weekend? (that is the weekend we were there). At every turn, warnings about parking at the property, you have to log your vehicle details when you arrive, however, the hotel seems over run with signage warning of parking fines, even on the dinning tables.
