The Falcon Hotel

Location is great, rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and very good at their jobs!

There is nothing to dislike.

The staff were friendly, facilities clean, and the cooked breakfast excellent. Location was spot on, and but for the room, it would have been a lovely stay.

The room was spacious, but far too warm for sleeping - we had to turn the radiators off which were at full blast, and the windows rattled with the slightest breeze, meaning it was difficult to sleep soundly. I ended up having to wedge folded pieces of paper into the window frames to stop them rattling.

The room was spotless with a really comfy bed & the breakfast was by far the best one we have had in any hotel. We stayed I’m May last year and also had the best experience. Keep doing what you’re doing

Great location, great breakfast, good staff.

It was cold in public places which was agreed with a couple who were staying there for a week.My room was ok but certainly not deluxe which I ordered online but a reasonable price. I find in many places that the single rooms are lower quality than the double rooms which is unfair to solo travellers.

Very nice staff, good food both dinner and breakfast. Easy to park and very close to the viewpoint location.

Very welcoming and comfortable, nobody slammed a door during the night, its a miracle!

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the staff are always there but not hovering over you and the ones I spoke to were all polite and helpful. The room itself had a wonderful view over the quay, everything was clean and fresh and the bed was very comfortable. The Hotel and accompanying Brendon Arms have a fascinating history, staying there one cannot help but wonder how many sailors and merchants sought refuge there during storms. I always like it when a hotel has some interesting history.

Plenty of choice at breakfast but lukewarm coffee, cheap bland bread. On a positive note, at dinner my restricted diiet was satisfied with a smile.

Low quality of some breakfast items. Bar prices! A notice advising that the tap water was not drinkable - in the UK!!

The Falcon Hotel is in a great position for the canal and the beach. The hotel was exceptionally clean, room was lovely with a garden view and the staff were all so friendly. We ate in the Coachman’s Bar and the food was excellent .

Nice location and we visited family in the area who recommended the hotel and also a thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast

Perfect location for short stay in Bude. Very clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff.

Could have done with a blind at the window as well as curtains. We were in room 9 with an external Christmas Tree on the balcony which was left on all night. Disturbed sleep due to constant flickering lights seen through the curtains.

Convenient area .Comfy bed. Lovely staff.

Room opposite being refurbished so lots of noise. Difficult to find someone to give me keys after 10pm.

All good from breakfast to room to dinner everything wasjust what i needed.The room was very clean and everything worked.The food is always of high standard and i would definitely recommend people to stay
