Fantastic breakfast. Lovely room. Comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Blocked toilet that nearly overflowed in the morning for no reason.

Nice touch having the sofa . Lovely clean and comfortable room. Plenty of tea coffee etc. Shampoo hairdryer etc thoughtful. Breakfast lovely and plenty of choice. Nothing too much trouble. Friendly staff . Parking perfect .

Mattress was thin and we could feel the springs.Lack of shelves in the shower and hooks in the bathroom.

The staff went above and beyond—welcomed us early, let us have breakfast, prioritised cleaning our room for early check-in, and were incredibly helpful showing us around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Great location too—would definitely stay again! Absolutely!

Nothing to not like!

All freshly decorated! Very clean and tidy. Really comfortable beds.

Shower door kept coming off the rail. No where to hang wet towels and the TV didn’t work properly. Also table lamp constantly flickering so didn’t like to use !!

Location, breakfast, general ambience

We both really enjoyed our stay at the Cornishman inn. The staff were friendly and helpful and recommended walks and attractions we enjoyed.The Inn had been refurbished recently to a high standard with new carpets and fresh paint throughout.The bed and pillows were comfortable and the unsuite shower was nice and powerful.The breakfast was superb and to be fair we had our evening meals there also as there was a good choice and very reasonably priced.The inn is ideally positioned in the centre with quick access to the castle and coastal walks.We would certainly recommend if you’re looking at stopping in the area.

Perfect central location within easy walking distance to both the church and Tintagel Castle. Lovely staff and the freshly cooked breakfast just the way you like it!

Place is nicely designed. I had around 5-10 minutes by walk to the sea and Tintagel castle. Food was delicious and staff friendly. I recommend The Cornishman Inn.
