The room was filthy and had a stench that literally got stuck on all of my clothes. My Clothes still stink from the stench in the room. When taking the cover off the bed the sheets were coated in hair because they were not replaced after the last guest.

Continental breakfast - which would have been ok but they didnt ask us or give any options - a checklist of options would target what we wanted and not waste food that we didnt want. Would it be too difficult to set something up at the nearby pub for a buffet breakfast. For £120 i would expect a level more consistent with say Premier inn services

room was described as deluxe twin, wasn't! had sofa huge white stain on, and several black ones, 1 double bed, & 1 single bed, double bed base very tatty, covering showing bare wood in several places, shower too slippery,nowhere in bathroom to put clothes, etc, no handwash, only shower gel to wash hands after using toilet,shower gel that had aleady been used, duvet too heavy,so took out of cover, to use just cover, was horrified to see HUGE brown stains on both sides of duvet, some smaller ones, but one as big as a small plate, it was 11;45pm, when I told reception next day, lady said we should have conntacted them, and they would have changed the room, we are both over 70, I had taken my sleeping tablet, so I don't think we would have been inclined for all that entailed at that time of night. I don't know why it was used on the bed in the first place, stains were VERY noticeable, you couldn't miss them, then, on checking out, despite paying the £88 quoted as payment, receptionist said we had only paid £66, and had to pay a further £19.60p. we checked on line bank statement, we HAD paid £88, husband rang hotel on sunday, lady still said we were wrong, we hadn't paid £88, she said ring back monday, to speak to accounts, we did this today, and they are supposed to be refunding the £19.60 on our card.

Room as expected. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast delivered to my door on time and decent value. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful.

All good generally but minor issue with basin cold tap.

The hotel.is a good location and the staff were friendly.

The fan was broken, bathroom dipped and bathroom rail broken.

Nothing.A noisy location on a very busy road. One can hear the guests in the room above walking across the floor. Sound proofing inadequate.

Misleading information.Noise.No dining room, no communal area. The breakfast "A bap in bag" is not breakfast.!

Location excellent. Breakfast is great. Great parking space.

Room wasn’t cleaned and lots of hair on the bathroom. Present of mouth in the bathroom. Lost of dust on surfaces.

Lactation is good

No parking. Street parking always full. Door can easily be locked and you are likely to be stranded. Dark entrances and not easy to locate door number when is dark.

The Location was great with on-site parking and a friendly, nice pub next door. Excellent for a nightcap after travelling around.

I had booked well in advance and paid the full amount but this was a problem at reception ..

Receptionist (Heva-Apols if spelt wrong) was amazing, after we had a few problems checking in she went out of her way to sort everything out.

There was no room services, the pedal bin was full but it was not changed; the breakfast was hot bap with coffee.

It is not a hotel, it is like B&B, even B&B has better value than this so called hotel

Never before have I ever stayed anywhere where staff let themselves in to the room, let alone at half passed midnight! Didn't even state they were staff and what they were doing and were dismissive when spoken to at the reception desk. Wife couldn't get back to sleep as fearful someone would try to get in again. Very poor professional standards.

Breakfast wasn’t good at all; just some dry burger buns with dry bacon… using bread in place of burger buns would have been perfect or at least adding some sauce would make it more better. Bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival.

E everything was clean. The beds were comfy. Good shower and a pub next to the hotel

Very convenient for travelling to Chessington. Very reasonably priced.

The grab & go breakfast. While it did the job it would have been nice to have somewhere to eat it instead of the bedroom.
