Spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet.

Nothing. I loved the place.

Excellent breakfast and nothing too much trouble. I am gluten free and this was accommodated with no issues.

The shower needed a minor repair to enable the shower head to stay in a fixed position. A lightbulb need replacing in the bedroom lamps alongside the bed.

Great location. Comfy bed.

Unfortunately the sash window was slightly open and had to be really pushed hard to close. We stayed late December so the room was quite cool because of this. Unfortunately the bar was closed the night we stayed.

Fantastic location Great breakfast choice and ours was lovely. Room was really nice.

Constant banging during the night, I think it was a window in the breakfast room, as I recognised the sound whilst we eating there. It was relentless. So didn’t get much sleep.

More like an Airbnb. No close parking. Food very ordinary. Staff not particularly friendly

Room was very comfortable, the cooked breakfast was really good as was the lunch we had when we arrived. Staff were very friendly.

Car park is a 10-15 min walk away. Not much fun with a heavy bag in the rain. It would have been helpful if they had pointed out that it is possible to park directly outside for a short time to drop off bags. No staff on site at night, which is a bit unusual for an hotel of this quality.

The hotel is excellent value for money, the beds comfy, rooms clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was lovely.

They look after you well. Friendly and helpful. There is mostly everything you need.

It was a great location & a beautiful breakfast

We went on Boxing Day so there were no staff on site & we couldn’t increase the heat in our room & so we were cold

Although the bathroom was lovely and warm we couldn’t get any warm water from the shower, it wasn’t such a problem as only staying one night but it would have been if staying longer obviously

Nice location, good breakfast, staff friendly ,room clean had everything we needed in the room,shower gel shampoo and conditioner provided .Lovely and warm.Had a lovely stay.
