Nice cosy warm room
The bed was uncomfortable too springy also pillows not very comfy
Very good sized room and bathroom for family of 4, good amenities, great location.
Only things I didn’t like was there was a bit of mould on bottom of shower curtain, no spoons for the tea and coffee making facilities and could have been even better if there had a been an extra tv in the room where the single beds are for the kids, but these are small minor issues, overall really enjoyed our stay!
Dirty , Smelly, things broken, bad service
Terrible smell in the hole place Very poor condition of everything, the place, the furniture! The bedsheets were super old AND very smelly ! Same for the towelsLOTS of noice from other rooms at 1am! We had to asked them to turn off the musicFound bedbugs in the bed in the morning!!

We had problems getting into the property with the front door. It took 20 minutes first time and I had to call host which he just told us to do what we were doing but it wouldnt open. We were on the ground floor near door and had to open it for a few visitors that couldnt get in.
Would like a refund
Awful Experience – Completely Ruined Our TripI booked this hotel for what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday and a special moment to propose to my girlfriend. Unfortunately, our stay was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The room was filthy, with visible dirt, damp patches on the walls, and a musty smell that made it unbearable to sleep in. Despite multiple attempts to contact staff for assistance, no one was ever available, and it felt like we were completely ignored. Had to purchase our own essentials like toilet roll etc... No cleaning was done whilst we was out of the room or even asked us if they wanted to come in which is very abnormal! To make matters worse, the noise levels were ridiculous. Loud music, shouting, and general disturbance went on well into the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to rest. It was the opposite of the peaceful and romantic getaway I had planned. This stay completely ruined what should have been a memorable occasion. I’m incredibly disappointed and expect a full refund for this awful experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs
perfect hol for short and long stays in Skegness. Comfortable beds, nice showers and close to all ameneties.
Was pleasently surprised with size of room, and partition between double room and the 2x single beds
Shower curtain dingy at the bottom, could do with a shelf in bathroom.
The location
.shower tray wasn't clean or the outside off around the seal .alot of dust on top off wardrobes .dodgy electrics .the front door dead locks it's self you will spend 10-15mins trying to open it then ir opens .cobwebs .fridge doesn't work despite it being on .rust
Very good location nice clean warm room
Front door was hard to get into
The room was clean bed was comfortable and very cosy
Not enough facilities in the room could have done with some more in there
The room was lovely and warm was downstairs and had a bath. The host I forget her name allowed us to check in early which was most helpful. There was an additional heater in the room too. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
Location was great for access to the main strip, back enough so no noise from the pubs etc
Dodgy front door meaning access wasn't easy.Cheap toilet roll and only 1 roll meaning we ran out by the second day.The kettle was filthy, had slime in the bottom so didn't use.Black mould in the bedroom.Very little soap left in the hand wash, 2 small towels provided but the shower curtain leaked into the floor and no shower mat so bathroom floor was wet through constantly.
Clean, good location near local shops/attractions, good price
No fault of the owners, but other people staying there were very noisy
Very spacious ideal place to stay
The strong smell of weed as you get to the stairs and to the next floor as it was obviously someone in one of those rooms smoking it in the room
