Best Western Plus Kenwick Park Hotel

Very clean and tidy. Beautiful gardens and seating areas.Room big comfy and clean. Leisure facilities included and easy to access. Pool area lovely clean and not too busy. Breakfast was excellent and a high standard.

The rooms could do with some lamps or a dimmer light as had to have the big room light on at all times.

Fantastic pool and spa area, The food was excellent, and the staff were super polite. Great location for Louth.

There is no bottled water in the room, and only one shower gel sachet.

The swimming pool is excellent.

Only one charge point available and that was hogged by one car the entire time!

The lodge was lovely will definitely book again, however the hotel room was very dated. It was lovely and clean but very old fashioned

The outdated bathroom

The place was fantastic. Our lodge was clean and well presented and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a small issue with the electric fire but Ady was there within minutes of logging the issue and sorted it straight away. Food and drink were a bit pricey in the hotel, but was excellent, especially as a Valentine treat. Lodge was actually self catering with all the mod cons, including dishwasher, so no need to go to hotel for food if you didn't want to.Location is great and well maintained, Sat Nav directions took us straight there.

Lighting on pathways from hotel to lodges needs installing/improving.

Comfortable room with everything required. Excellent breakfast choice. Restaurant staff exceptionally pleasant & helpful. Especially Annette.

Lovely clean rooms, comfy beds, beautiful surroundings and excellent staff. Breakfast was good too.

Lovely room with a view over the grass and gardens at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was as anticipated, English style , usual tepid buffet. The continental selection was adequate. The two ladies that served were very nice.

Lack of coffee and biscuits in the room on our second evening.

Very clean spacious rooms. Food in the restaurant is excellent, breakfast very good.

A bit short staffed in the restaurant on a Saturday, had to wait a few times to be served.

We were impressed with the grounds and location, as well as the spa facilities which were great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff who were superb. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

It was a little noisy and the decor of the room was a little bit dated. The shower wasn’t very powerful. It would have been nice to have some water & or a mini fridge in the room.

Nice quiet location out in the country. Parking was good and secure-was able to park right outside the entrance. Room was good, had a bath as well as a shower which is always a bonus. Always good supply of hot water. Coffee making facilities in room were good. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was of good quantity and plenty of selection from English breakie to continental.

Wouldn’t say it was a dislike-maybe a suggestion? I think they could do with a vending machine selling snacks/drinks etc as there is no 24hr room service. Had a long day and upon returning to hotel the restaurant had closed so nothing available to eat. Staff came across as more formal than friendly-maybe it was my strong Welsh accent that confused them?

The breakfast was understaffed, they tried their best but simply could not do everything.

Location, facilities, clean and comfy room.

At the restaurant, there be more options for dinner, quite pricey for what it was available.

Receptionist was so lovely and couldn't have been more helpful as were the restaurant and bar staff made us feel so welcome.

The cabin 2nd bedroom room was full of dust, spiders webs, and even dust on the bed covers. The boiler made awful noises constantly sounded like it was going to explode.
