All work is conducted between 09:00 and 17:00 to minimise disruption for guests. Please note that the bedrooms are located on upper floors and are accessible by stairs only. Please note this is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests who are found smoking may be subject to a GBP 150 fine and asked to leave the property without a refund. Guest that cause anti social behaviour or disruption to other guest will also be subject to possible charges. Hotel has a pay and display council owned car park or free parking at Eagle Rock. Guest cards will have a pre-authorisation of GBP 50 made. Please note that the upper level floors are accessible by stairs only.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Managed by a private host A damage deposit of GBP 50.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
