My room was cold.I asked for a bath, but was only given a shower .

The only thing decent was breakfast and the cleaning team, who cleaned our room for second day.

Room size so small for family room, sofa bed super uncomfortable. No place to put luggage, barely any space to walk in the room. Not enough space to put clothes. While booking it mentioned free parking. At site had to pay.

All staff were very pleasant and efficient, from check in to ordering at the bar and asking about parking - all very knowledgeable and so friendly an helpful! Great staff

Poor quality sofa bed, No duvet & stained, Breakfast ran out of eggs.

Check in was slow due to a large group . The phaff of requeing to pay for car parking was frustrating. Only 1 machine, immediately infront of entrance. So, a que formed and every new arrival, blasted the que with outside cold air. Why not have the car park free for all customers and do away with this additional long winded 2nd que. Requested a double bed, received twin beds. The duvets barely covered the width of the bed. The room was clean but tired looking. Good to have iron, hair dryer and ironing board all in the room though. The dinner was limited in choice but 3/10 for quality. Felt pre packaged. The Harvester near by may be a better option. Breakfast was better but the restaurant suits, a more trades like clientele. The room overlooked the motorway which you expect and to be fair, did not hear any noise. However , you did hear doors shutting at 6am ish along the corridor in spite of the soft close. So, not a hotel choice for those wishing a moderate degree of comfort and a lie in till 7am.

Great staff, convenient location , good breakfast

Sofa bed was old and uncomfortable, parking charge is not necessary, on top of everything else.

Stopover after long drive from Scotland. Clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced.

Friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable room with good facilities, location was very good for me.

Television reception was not great. there was lots of interference and no mushrooms on the breakfast menu

Good location. Rooms had everything needed. Staff helpful and cheerful. Dog friendly too. Breakfast more than adequate. Good value for money but noticed much more expensive in April for non match weekend than over New Year.

Room heating and cooling unit noisy

Always friendly staff ( Especially young lady called Summer) polite and courteous - very professional Environment and rooms always excellent Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Lovely breakfast.

It was convenient for the hospital, the potteries.

As a disabled person it could have been easier for me if a few things in the room were implemented. The skirting boards were missed form cleaning. I noticed this as I had a fall and ended up lying on the floor for 3hours waiting on an Ambulance. The staff were brilliant, they bought extra pillows and a couple of bottles of water.

Yes the property was good, I did a late check in and the reception staff were lovely

Rooms are smaller,but for the price we paid that’s fine,Paying for parking is what I didn’t like, the parking should have been free for the customers who stay

the hotel was clean and tidy good room service the breakfast was good and had a nice selection to choose from, the car parking was useful and close to the hotel the staff are friendly and polite

had trouble turning the heating on as all I could find was a control switch for the aircon it did feel a little cold in the room maybe there should be a separate control switch for the heating the aircon switch seemed a bit awkward to use
