Breakfast was nice, good location, staff was very friendly

Much too much expensive, lightbulbs not working, missing electricity sockets, dirty facilities, smelly minibar, heaters not working in each room.

Breakfast was very tasty and staff very friendly. The easy access to the water park with saunas was great! All the rooms and halls were spacious and quiet.

The dinner was tasty but quite basic and expensive for the limited selection of food. The staff was friendly but I was surprised some staff members at reception did not speak English.

I haven't been to the pool activities. I can't comment. Night entertainment could do with a little more for older families..younger kids seemed to love it.

The range of the breakfast was exceptional and food quality very good. The staff were helpful. Most but not all spoke good English. The balcony with view across the sports ground was a nice surprise.

Bathroom sink tap very stiff. No plug in the sink. Valuables safe unusable.

Very loud. You can hear every sound around. There was a party in the hotel's restaurant till 2 am. Looks like that party was more important than guests.

Almost nothing,

Advertised restaurant, only open for breakfast,almost nothing written in English, German,,FLAT-SCREEN tv only PolishChannels,no aircon no remote to use the aircon ,ended up using my netflix account for entertainment, no charging facilities for gsm ?WAS BOOKED FOR 2 NIGHTS ,I ASKEDTO ARRANGE A TAXI FOR 0600 ON THE MONDAY,THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE,SO I CHECKED OUT ON THE SUNDAY EVENING, ALSO BEING CHARGED 2 X FOR 4 BOTTLES OF BEER ????? PLUS THE SUNDAY NIGHT SO NEXT TIME IT WILL BE ANOTHER HOTEL NEVER THIS ONE ,I WOULD LIKE MY SUNDAY NIGHT REFUNDING,

Good breakfasts, new and clean bathroom. Localization. Separate AC unit with a proper remote.

On the first night there was a party downstairs we weren’t told about. It lasted until 3AM! During second night I learned that you can clearly hear your neighbors through the ventilation, witch also made falling asleep not easy, even in earplugs. Lack of power sockets next to bed, even though this is advertised in the offer. Unusable plywood refrigerator from the previous era. Only one room card. Price for two night stay outside of tourist season is stunningly high, 800 PLN for two people. You can find an actual hotel in Warsaw or Krakow for cheaper.

It was clean, decent and good location close to the lake. Staff was polite and informative.The meals were good and in a good variety throughout the week we stayed in

It is awkward having to go to the reception on your swimming suits along with the other guests checking in. Especially when they have an unused counter at the pool entrance on the level below that could be used to check guests entering the pool

Good location, not so bad breakfest.

Personal english poor, was very cold in the room. I stay for 4 nights and nobody come to change towels. All information in the room was only in polish language. TV not working,because was no good wi-fi connection in the room. Wi-fi connected in others room connection only. I come back in apartments later then 24 pm and the door was locked,and i must call and wait about 10 min, information about working hours and on the outside doors was written only in polish language. In the room was 3 sockets, one of them not working another was broken, so left only one and i must work with computer so it was very sad. Furniture in room must fixed or better change in new once.
