Lake view was great. Staff friendly. Kids room was fun. Nice big breakfast.

Beds seemed old and not very supportive for a 5 star hotel. Basement restaurant had a DJ and I could hear the bass from the second floor.

The pool area is tiny, and only three sunbeds available and no other place to sit by the pool, which was not great if more than one hotel rooms show up, the sauna was OK but again, for 5* hotel of this size, we thought it was dissapointing but as long as you know what to expect, I guess this is OK

Very spacious room, good breakfast, great location. The Italian restaurant has very good food, especially the creme brulee was amazing. The spa/pool area was empty most of the time we were there - seems most people visit for business and don't have time to go there :) although there was also no staff there most of the time so it's a bit worrying in case e.g you faint at sauna.

Beds are way too soft, and the room we stayed in needs refreshment - overall the hotel doesn't feel like 5 stars anymore - glory days are behind it. Someone called us in the middle of the night via the room phone which was super annoying considering we have a 2months old baby. The balcony needs a bit more cleaning, the swing-chair was super dirty.

Location excellent, trattoria very good but breakfast poor.

In the room, the curtain did not fully cover the width of the window - it appeared to be anchored too far over the wall area. The breakfast was poor in our opinion - there was no toast, no orange juice and no naleszniks.

Beautiful location, super comfortable hotel, great restaurant (my daughter is coeliac), lovely staff.

Friendly stuff at the reception and in the Italian restaurant where food was very delicious. Hotel with a great view on the lake.

The fact that we had to wait for the table to eat breakfast. Hotel not prepared for the number of quests. Long queue to make tea or coffee.

5 stars were upheld.

We could hear the bass through walls from restaurant downstairs that hold the wedding, that we were not informed about beforehand. The balcony was directly next to neighbouring room’s window and we could hear and see other guests clearly and vice versa, which was uncomfortable. Cleanness could be better.

Personnel did not speak English, equipment in the gym was out of service (cardio machines), no variety on breakfast. Thanks god they had eggs.

Location, upgraded spa facilities, nice breakfast, big room, overall 5 star upgrade since last visit. Very friendly reception staff and cleaning ladies.

Breakfast restaurant staff not very friendly, it was not possible to adjust A/C temp/airflow, poor WiFi signal or no signal at all, poor tv signal, shower didn't allow for an easy temp regulation.

Breakfast was great,view was great but that's only at the lake side.

To expensive,very polish,slow internet and stuck in the eighties decor.No smart tv, no international tv choices.Not a 5 stat hotel in my experience.Bad mattress,bad curtains very light in the room.Will choose an other option in ostroda.

So many restrictions I did not understand why I was there. When going to the spa, I made an allergic reaction to the dangerous scrub "imagined and created" by the personal staff. If you can afford, go somewhere else.

Everything!!! Great design! Spacious room and terrace. Delicious breakfast! italian restaurant is perfect too. Nice location.Good SPA.
