Clean, high standard, excellent food

Wonderful staff. Nice rooms. Great spa & pool. Peaceful area with pleasant grounds for walks and nice area for bike rides. Family friendly.

Could have a slightly larger amount of courts, as when there are more guests the outdoor facilities get booked quickly.

For breakfast we had large selection including prosecco :) Very good restaurant, amazing wild location od hotel

Very small sauna area, two small saunas for such a big hotel isn't enough - there should be a spacious sauna zone, separated from swimming pool to feel more discreetly and privately. Body building center - very smal - it need more space and more equipment

Breakfast was good, with a number of healthy options and nothing extreme in fatty food. Pool and sauna area very pleasing and relaxing. SPA treatments good most of the time.

Rubber gloves, SPA discomfort in pedicure and manicure.

We had an issue with our room (leaks from the ceilings) and after two warnings to the receptions they reacted. They also proposed us to change our room, but it was at 22 while the damage was notified at 14. I was expecting a much faster reaction for a hotel with such standards. Except this annoying issue everything was perfect

Location and saunas

Food is TERRIBLE. Overpriced and really one of the worst meals I have ever had. The chef is either absent or does not control the quality. Carpaccio was a joke and beef tartare was awful. We had to start ordering kids meals hoping that nothing can be difficult preparing those but even those were bad. I would not allow my kids to eat this rubbish. Not sure why the food was so bad because breakfasts were very good. There is room for huge improvement here. You advertise the October event with best chefs from Poland cooking at your hotel while you can’t handle basic meals.

Location, swimming pool, sauna's and the sun deck. Breakfast was good. Babysitter's minding the children and activities for the little ones.Director's handling of some of his staff's shortcomings after we asked to have a word.

Food was terribly overpriced for what it was. Same for drinks. If they were at least tasty, I wouldn't mind paying for. But literally €10 for a single slice of halloumi? €10 for watery bloody mary? Staff was inflexible and unprofessional. Air conditioning in the room wasn't working initially, luckily it was fixed. Massage in a hotel which prides itself for it was badly below standard, just some oil rubbing. While I understand that it was a busy weekend, lacking parking spaces is surprising, given that the only other way to get there is by helicopter.

The hotel used to be a very nice place where you could relax in a nice atmosphere, these days it’s full of loud people, kids with no facilities provided for them so they jump around saunas and jacuzzis, not to mention poorly trained staff with the attitude or unprofessional manner or resolving issues.

Institute treatments - top of the top. Spa great but looks a little oldish (specialy steam room). Excellent leisure spot, my favourite.

The service at dinner was medium.

The food/restaurants are excellent. The design of the hotel and the rooms really, really pleasant and functional. The spa (facilities and the staff) amazing. Really friendly staff at the reception. The location: in the forest with beautiful nature is definitely the hotel's asset.

Perhaps just access to information where to dine in proximity outside of hotel.

Fantastic spa, great treatments, wonderful food. Great place to relax.

Exactly what was expected, everything was perfect.

Slight modification in breakfast service - 2-3 serving stations would be better from queuing point of view rather than 1 including all.
