The staff ruined our holiday

Bad reception staff They insult us because we leave a pack of cheese on the table in the roomAnd because we checked out 15 minutes lateAnd tell us that we are not welcome in the hotel They also tell us racist words which was shocking

We loved our stay at Pachmair and would definitely recommend to everyone. The staff is super friendly, the hotel very clean and the food UH-MAZING (and I am Austrian, so I would say I have somewhat of an authority on judging Austrian food ;) ). There is two SPAs - one for kids and one without. So perfect for couples, friends and families! Virtually everybody will find something in this hotel that is to their liking: there is also a really nice bar with sometimes life music. Or a playground for your kdis in the back. And the rooms are supernew and the beds comfy. Enjoy!

- A beautiful, modern hotel with stunning mountain views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is fresh, tasty, and plentiful.- The location in Uderns is perfect-quiet, charming, and well connected to the attractions of Tyrol. - Staff were kind and welcoming, especially with children. They have a close private parking area for guests.- The gym is a little bit small but functional and good equipped, and the kids will love the outdoor playground and indoor play area.- There are also many nearby grocery stores, restaurants (including halal options), and a gas station, making the stay even more convenient.highly recommend!

- Full room cleaning is not included for free. They do provide a daily check with bed service, fresh towels, bathroom supplies, and waste disposal, which is nice. However, with little ones we really needed full cleaning almost every day.- The apartment is modern and beautiful, but for a family it felt a bit tight. With three large suitcases and a stroller, space was challenging.

The hotel is brand new, so clean, luxury furniture, amazing wellness area, breakfast buffet was international and delicious.the staff were welcoming and kind, they made sure we liked the room we stayed in and offered every help to make it an exceptional holiday.If you’re planning to visit the area, do not hesitate to book this hotel.

the room were small and two stairs acrossing our roof, the bed sheets and the blanket were old and not clean, noisy place.

Perfect hotel, very helpful reception. great food, parking, quiet hotel, clean, just like it should be. I would say - high level typical austrian well managed hotel. Pachmair knows very well what to do and what guests want…

The staff was excellent. Also breakfast. Golf course is on a walking distance.

Lovely food for breakfast and dinner, very friendly staff and great service. Conveniently located. Lovely place. Nice pool and hot tub.

Comfortable, vintage and well maintained guest house, very clean, extra friendly and caring hosts, nice wellness center is included into the price (swim pool, saunas), cozy restaurant, very good breakfast and dinner, free parking (on the street) for guests, stable wifi.

There is a church across the street, so at 6 a.m. Sunday morning we jumped up at the sound of bells ringing (easily could wake up a dead man!), had to close the window. Double bed has two separate mattresses, a mattress topper would be nice.

Amazing food, great inclusive drinks and nice clean rooms

Parking, food, staff very friendly, jacussy, Sauna(dint use), steam bath, lift, swimming pool though small but was ok , we used it for 1 hour only, ambience, our balcony, room, bathroab for swimming pool.

Little far from main city, but we had our car to travel so Not a problem. But locationweise it was good with kids, because not at all crowdy.

Entertainment in the evening. Service at the bar and restaurant.

It was all good.
