Location was convenient to restaurants in Chomutov.

The amenities were not acceptable (no iron board, limited soap, limited towels); breakfast accommodations were minimal. The bathroom was not spotless. The doors were left open and cigarette smoke entered the hotel main areas.

The location in the center is great. Really good and plentiful breakfast.

The Chomutov city center is a really loud location during the night. Prople drive like crazy with cars and loud group of people stick around till late hours.

Stayed for the week, and was pleased with the room and the facilities and the proximity to all amenities.

We stayed at this hotel from March 28th to March 31st, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. We had two rooms booked, but the first room was already occupied, so we had to change rooms. The second room didn’t have two double beds as we had paid for so got changed again. To make matters worse, both rooms had major issues with the showers—one went from warm to lukewarm, and the other had no hot water at all. The hotel’s solution was to give us yet another room just to shower in, which was inconvenient and far from ideal.The key cards were also problematic, getting deactivated after the first night. We had to go to reception multiple times to get them reactivated. We also had breakfast at the hotel, but some of the items were out of date which was concerning. The TV in one room had a pin issue that no one could figure out until the last night. On the final night, we went to use the shower room only to find our key card deactivated again. When we got it reactivated, we discovered that all of our bathroom items were missing. The room had been cleaned, but no one mentioned anything about our items being taken. I went to reception, but since it was a Sunday, there was nothing they could do. The receptionist called housekeeping, who denied taking anything, and I was told the manager would contact me. However, after several days of waiting, no one followed up, and I was left with no resolution.The staff were unhelpful, and the overall management and running of the hotel were unreliable. Despite the hotel being in a great location in the city center, I would strongly advise against booking here. The lack of proper service and poor handling of issues made this stay incredibly disappointing. Don’t waste your money—there are far better options out there.

Location, price

Receptionists going missing on more than one occasion, locking the front door preventing guest access/egress when it was -4°C outside. Car park shutter down and preventing access, door to car park locked, only opened for the laundry delivery. Fridge door broken, shower head broken. Only one single duvet on a double bed! (Double room booked)

Lolation

Room without towels, when we went to the reception to ask for towels, we got one large and one small towel for two people and were told to share because they don't have any more towels, plus the small towel was dirty. Breakfast disaster. Avoid this accommodation, pictures are one thing and reality is another. Not worth a single € invested

The room for this price was amazingly big, it was super clean and the matress were extremly comfy for me. I liked it.The breakfast was absolutely sufficient.A pet friendly hotel which I appreciated most. THANKS a lot! ?

I don't speak Czech, so the check-in was a bit bumpy for me because the conversation couldn't be conducted in English or German.There is certainly still room for improvement when it comes to staff training in foreign languages. ??Nevertheless, I felt in good hands thanks to the honest kindness shown to me and my ??

Nice little hotel right on the main square. We parked right in front of the building, since it is free parking every weekend after noon on Saturday. Very fancy room decor, felt almost like a castle. Really liked the furniture and overall style. The bathtub was certainly welcome after a long day. Great breakfast the next morning, with excellent selection of tasty food.

The beds didn't feel nearly as comfortable as they looked and the TV on the side of the bed doesn't really make much sense. Bathroom fixtures could use a bit of attention where connections to the wall are. The friendly receptionist tried her best in the morning to keep everyone happy, but there were no other staff. Since she she was completely alone to handle the reception and breakfast (and possibly other stuff), after five minutes of waiting for checkout, we left the door card and departed.

Close to city centre.

WiFi did not work during stay despite a room change. Frustrating because I was unable to work from the room as planned.

The spring mattress on the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would expect in 4 star hotel.The room temperature was very low because the radiator didn’t work. After complaining to the staff I have been told that they still didn’t turn the heating on and they will probably do in the coming days because few people complained that day. I felt warm enough in the bed but very cold in the bathroom and anytime outside the bed.

Staff this time was kind - lady with long brown/orange hair managed well an issue with the room. A blond one (around 45) at reception is really not welcoming, not smiling and at a some point rude.Easy parkingGood positionCleanliness (even if they do not clean up every day).

Breakfast: room is dark, breakfast is poor, tables are huge and few. Coffee absent.Rooms: if you receive a modern room, it is okay. But they do not provide a haidryer.If you receive an old style room, furnitures are really old and not pleasant to see. Water is cold.In conclusion 4 star hotel is another thing.

Overcharged for room. Booking.com would not help. Staff were rude. Breakfast was poor. Lights in landing and stairs not working, very dangerous.Booked a quadruple room with view over the square. Were given tiny room overlooking car park and above the kitchens. we were told two people do not need a quadruple room, why were we given the option to book it in the first place. Staff were dismissive and downright rude, not just to us but lots of other guests as well. Hotel Royal told booking.com we never stayed there despite having an invoice from them. Booking.com were no help at all.

Everything is bad, no housekeeping, no reception when needed, ne room service, everything is so dirty. If you're planning to stay there you need to clean up your room for yourself. there's only one employee doing all stuff.
