Good breakfast! Close to City center

Practically no internet connection in our room! Parking full and we had to park on the street and it was not possible to book in advance! The hosts who met us could communicate only in Czech and Russian!

Goood location, nice staff.

I’d prefer having much wider selection of breakfast. Please consider having soap and shampoo. I forgot to take with me and at 1am it was disaster to find any..

Hotel was central and staff were friendly. It was very cheap to stay in but upon reflection I'd rather pay more and have a better quality stay. Water was hot just shame about shower head being broken.View was amazing from room.

Cleanliness....very dusty under bed and in general around room.Shower head broken and not held up.Bedding not the cleanest, dated and in need of renewing.Décor very dated and could do with a revamp.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs and competitive on price.

I liked the location and the price . Chomutov isn't exactly a pricy holiday destination but really nice location and value for money.

The hotel was kind of old both feel and look wise. The entire thing would benefit a lot from a remodel.

No kettle in the room

The location is great, in a walking distance to the town centre, with some parking spaces in the yard. The place is very tidy, smelling of cleaning agents. Staff is very nice and helpful.

You can pay only cash, no cards accepted. The gate into the yard is very narrow, you have to be careful not to scratch your car. We got only one hand towel per person. Wifi has terrible reception, speed is not enough for video calls or streaming. Breakfast was minimalistic.

Nothing nice about this place

Staff were extremley rude and racist. On check in i was told booking.com had cancelled my booking which was lies. Then they lied about the property being full. The room i booked was not the room i got. I paid for a superior room but got a very basic room which was awful. The reception staff were very unhelpful and very rude and the manager was no better. I had booked for 3 nights but left after one night.Please dont book this place if you want to feel welcome,they only like guests with a particular look and colour of skin. I have never felt so out of place and could not wait to leave. This booking was for my partner who is from the czech republic and he was disgusted that his fellow country men treat him with a very racist attitude.

It was a nightmare!!!!

i couldn’t spend the night there because they locked the main iron gate and never gave me the keys to enter through the main gate. i checked in and got the keys. the receptionist showed me the room and then i left for my sports event immediately and let her know i’ll be late. she said she’ll b here when i come back. but when i came back at night, the main door was locked. I buzzed in several times and then called the number a few times at the number that was written by the buzzer to call but nobody answered. Like what in the world!!!!! It was a nightmare!!!! I had to drive around looked for another hotel room at night alone as a single female in Chomutov!!

They did not take cards and sent me to find a cash machine, which took a long time in that townIt is ridiculous to make me pay cash when I only carry a little cash and I wasted a lot of time

The location of this property is fine for walking about. Room and shower were well equipped and lots of storage area. Car parking outside the door.

When we checked in we discovered we had 2 very small hand towels which we didn't use until the last night of a 3 night stay as we had no heating or hot water in the room until then. Fair enough the staff who spoke very little English offered to move us at 10pm but we were ready for bed by then.

Very quiet place, next to the park.

Horrible bed mattress, we was not able to sleep. Restaurant in hotel was closed.

Location and efficiency of receiving guests. Shower was ok.

None of the staff speaks English which makes communication very difficult. We booked a large room with a balcony, but they put us in a room in the courtyard with an entrance from the street. The room was small and cluttered with rustic furniture and carpets covered with dust, it was very crowded and not comfortable, an unpleasant smell emanated from the carpets. The bed was very old and worn and the synthetic pillows were crumpled with age. Breakfast had a very poor selection.
