the room was cold. there was not a proper menu. its change alot and not for the better

Room was fairly clean. Breakfast was good.

Dinner was rather basic (for guests only that day) with only one choice. Location was remote on a trading estate and we did not consider it particularly safe to walk out in the evening.

Perfectly placed for overnight stay before getting to Shuttle. Being Sunday very limited food available in restaurant and staff limited to 1. Shower not very clean and room noisy.Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Bedding is good. Beds are comfortable. Having a kettle is good. Shower is good.

The shower soap had run out and the sink soap had run out! The radiant wall heater didn't workThe coffee machine was not working at breakfast and no hot food was available for some reason.

1 towel in bath room and no cups despite kettle

Close to motorway, quiet, clean and good breakfast.

We always stay here however there was no restaurant for evening meals at the weekend really disappointed there was an offer of Pizza

I arrived late (2300) and it was no problem at all. I also stayed two nights later. On the first night I left a travel cup in the bathroom from my previous stay and messaged them about it. On booking in for my second stay they handed it to me ?

Location is very convenient just off the A26

The location is the hotel’s only positive.

We have stayed at this hotel over a number of years.The hotel has deteriorated hugely.It needs a complete refurbishment.

On arrival, we had to eait a long time to check in as the receptionist didn't appear able to use the computer system meaning we had to wait more than 15 minutes for them to finally manage to book in the couple befilote us. When they eventually managed to do our check-in, we had to pay for our reservation as she said they hadn't received any payment for our booking, meaning we have paid twice too both, Campinale hotels and Booking.comAlso, there was no chef on duty, meaning that although the website said the restaurant would be open, the only food available was pizzas.

We stayed as a half way point from Disneyland to Calais, served its purpose when on a budget, staff are very friendly and accommodating.

No English channels on the TV.

Breakfast was good - staff were nice .

Hotel is tired . Road to hotel full of potholes ( reminds you of England ) and not lit up.

The location is good for our purposes as a stop over with our dogs.

Ground floor room onto grass for dogs.

Very convenient for our last stop before Calais. Rooms comfortable and nice breakfast.

The restaurant. Buffet not up to standard. We have stayed in many campaniles over the years and this was definitely the worst meal we have ever had. Only a choice of rabbit or fish for plat jour no other choice. The sole was very small and extremely over cooked. It is making us wonder if we want to stay in a campanile again.
