Beautiful and relaxed

Price of good and drink is on the high side, but is also high quality.

The property is located in compagnia, a restored monastery over 150 years brought to life . Renovated and designed by a local Architect from Napoli. The resort is quiet and tranquil with an understated class of sophistication.

The building is beautiful, has a lovely pool, looks incredible at night, there’s nothing specifically wrong with this hotel, just not much right.

The best way to describe our stay was just very very average.One of our robes was yellow, the bed was rock hard, the picture frame in our room had no picture in it, just weird vibes.Other guests put their towels on pool chairs to save their spot so there are none available in the sun. We expected it to be far better for the price.

The place is stunning in its beauty, magical atmosphere, quiet and calm and kind staff. The suite was pampering, the food is delicious and varied at all meals of the day. The spa and pools are pampering. Worth every penny, highly recommend.

The hotel is well situated, with lots of space - very relaxed around the pool area with enough space for all guests and a great spa/ wellness centre. Plenty of walking areas. Good food and a well balanced menu. Overall it was good experience and the staff are really lovely. Double bonus for being pet friendly. We would return.

Overall we were happy with everything. We had such a lovely room with a balcony and indoor pool - it would have been nice to have more options in the bar fridge.

Dinner in both restaurants was outstanding

Location, concierge, room, friendly and efficient staff, good quality breakfast with huge selection of sweet and decent of savoury and, indoor pools clean and relaxing, sauna, steam room, restaurants...

Room service very expensive, especially when ordering from the bar/bistro to having it delivered to a nearby room.The pillows in the room could be more comfortable, perhaps one normal and one memory...

This resort was so well thought out. It is charming and perfect for a two night stop. The pool and wellness spa is an extra bonus this resort offers, clean and not over crowded. The landscape is beautiful you feel like your in Tuscany. We also visited the local wineries to add the extra Tuscan touch!

The restaurant was way too expensive for the quantity of food you received, I know it was a Michelin star restaurant but still over priced in our opinion.

The staff were fantastic, particularly Alfonso and his team in the restaurant. Super friendly and attentive. The hotel is stunning as was our room which had a balcony with the most amazing view!

Guests ‘reserving’ sun beds with their towels and then going off and not using them for hours! This selfish practice should be banned!

The food was amazing, breakfast lunch and dinner, all outstanding. The outdoor restaurant is so pretty at night. The pool and spa were fabulously relaxing and we all enjoyed the treatments. The rooms were beautiful. The staff are so helpful and friendly.

It is stunning everything about it is stunning. The staff in the restaurant are some of the best. my favourite the sommelier Antonio

my room was a little disappointing . no dressing table with mirror. only mirror in the bathroom. shower amazing bed very comfortable

This hotel has a great concept, attention to detail and a great restaurant

The only problem I faced is the lack of professionalism of the receptionist.1. it was necessary to make a reservation at the front desk to have dinner. I called at 9:55pm and was told that the latest you can go to the restaurant is 10pm. I explained that I didn't need much time to finish my dinner and would like to go at 10:30pm. Unfortunately, the woman on the phone didn't understand that, even though I explained it to her for 10 minutes. I ended up going at 10:30pm and left the restaurant while other guests were still dining.2. I asked for an hour later check out, unfortunately that was not possible even though my room was not ready when I checked in at 5pm, this is a paradox. I was told I could use the hotel facilities until 1:30pm - I have never experienced this before.

Loved the fabulous outdoors pool area. Was quiet and clean and just what we needed. 10/10Breakfast was very good. Downstairs Jnr Suite bed/room was comfortable.

Some areas just showed a general lack of care. Ie rusty old table on balcony. No furniture on upper balcony. No aircon reaching upper bedroom- very hot in August. Michelin Restaurant failed to meet expectations. Staff very aloof. Easy to get lost finding the location. Entrance/Arrival area is poor. You arrive into dirt Parking lot a distance from hotel and reception and with no signs or directions as to where you go. You are not even sure you are in the right place. No staff. Have to bring your bags a distance yourself.

The cost of the food and drinks, especially the poolside bar and the al a carte restaurant, felt quite a long way too much. Still very good quality, but a little but extortianate, especially in an area without a lot of alternative choice

The rooms could do with updated and the aircon seemed to be struggling most of the time.

The location is very peaceful and quite. The facility is well equipped and the Spa is nice.

The luggage service is awful. We had to take our luggage at the arrival and at the departure to the car as nobody came after 30 minutes.
