It was clean, nice staff, good locations

Staff was not trained properly and was arguing in front of me. Area is not the safest.it was not very clean.

Location was good

Fire alarm went off several times on night, and at the end the staff disabled it completely. We never got any information or reason for the alarm.Cleaning was very bad, in the 3 nights we stayed the floor was only partly cleaned one time.

A great choice of a hotel when you combine enjoying a city tour with the nice beaches. Hotel service is top, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. Our compliments to lovely Djina and her friendly team.

Perfect for experiencing Cannes, great air conditioning: we always found the room as a safe heaven from the scorching August heat, great parking facility: we could keep our car safe from the sun, room was big, electrical outlets everywhere, delicious breakfast, polite and smiling personnel, very well connected bus station just in front. Also a plus point for us, the hotel is placed in a nice neighborhood, you get to experience the local side of Cannes as well, not only the VIP/purely touristic one. The price/quality ratio is stellar. Highly recommended.

I give seven only because the internet didn't work. I needed internet for my job. The staff was excellent.

Breakfast was very nice and the hotel in general was very clean.

The hotel design/colours were a bit garrish - having celebrity pictures constantly looking at you whilst changing was a bit weird. It was a little too far from the centre compared to other hotels.

Nice hotel in LeCannet near Cannes. Good bus connection to Cannes city center and train station. Personnel is nice nad helpful. Breakfast is good as for the French hotels of this standard. Rooms are clean and good enough for resting and sleeping. You can make coffee and tea in the reception area.

Do not expect a desk in the room which will allow you to work. You can use a business corner in the reception, but it is also not very convenient for work. Loggin on to WiFi is a headache. Any time you loose the connection, you have to log on to Ibis network which takes time. The connection is also rather slow.

The temperature in the parking lot in summer was absolutely crazy - unpacking things from the car was brutalQuite old, depressing, low-ceiling building - I wouldn't want to stay there longer. Seemed like lower overall quality than Ibis Styles usually is.

The decor and the bathroom . The bed was comfortable, and the television was nice and big with a decent amount of stations.

The breakfast was poor. There was no cutlery when we got there and not much for someone who doesn't like eggs . The room was very small too. Some alarm went off during the night and woke us up, it kept going for awhile. The air conditioning wasn't great, it was extremely warm .

No internet connection in the room (several wifi networks but all were going ON and OFF which makes it impossible to connect).The bathroom door was broken.The sofa bed needs most probably to be replaced.

Nice and helpful staff, parking, tasty breakfast.

The staff were fantastic in helping me with everything I needed. I can't speak any French however all the staff members could communicate with me in English and helped me with phoning taxis and the hospital in what was a very stressful couple of days.... so well done and thank you to them for that!In addition, the included breakfast was great!
