The water in the shower overflowed in the hallway

Very comfortable beds, spacious room, nice staff and overall very stylish hotel.

Breakfast selection felt a bit poor, however all the food that was there, was tasty. Also, our room was close to the elevator and we heard each one of them coming back at the middle of the night.

Staff and atmosphere. Loved the breakfast and backyard pool. Parking and room.

Thanks for having us, we enjoyed our room and the location. Very beautiful relaxing interior with the wood and brass and gold. Beds were soft. Didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool or eat breakfast but the area was very nice. The staff was very kind and helped us with parking in front of the building (street is free + they have two parking spots in front of the hotel). No need to pay 25 euro for the private car parking in my opinion.

Walls (door) are thin, but we were sleeping on the top floor so didn’t have too much problems with the noice. Shower head is a little bit disappointing, very small, no rain shower.

Excellent service and clean, but the noise is too much and annoying. The noise is not good between the rooms.

The sounds are annoying. There is no insulation between the rooms.

We came from Greece, through Nice airport, for holiday. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite was stylish and comes with a comfortable bed. Very cozy breakfast area. Ot is approximately 20 minutes walking from Cannes beach.

Great hotel. Room was clean and a good size,beds comfortable. We had a great view on the 6th floor. It was quiet at night. An easy walk or quick bus ride into the centre of Cannes. Staff were super sweet. Capucine was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at the Mob Hotel again.

Advertisement was not truthful - rooms were staged

Seemed incomplete. Kitchen is a waste of space, it’s not useful.

Disappointing

Facilities - very limited - no bar or availability of food /coffee/refreshments post breakfastlimited areas to relax bar in bedrooms

Perfect location, perfect decoration, garage is life saving within the street full of residents's cars and staff extremely friendly.

Usually hotels offer free bottles of water, but there was no water and it was charged to us as an extra.Also, we were 2, but there were only 1 pair of slippers

The room and bathroom were nicely done and clean. The toiletries were really nice - good bathroom. Staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming and helpful. We didn’t use the pool due to the time of year but the poolArea looked lovely

The location was as advertised, but a 25 mine all from the beach. The hotel parking seemed a bit expensive but convenient under the hotel.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. We felt welcome.

Some of the staff were really nice and very helpful, I forgot his name but I think he was Egyptian and helped us a lot with an issue we had with the cleaning staff, he was extremely friendly and helpful. He resolved our issue and we were given a compensation for the stolen product. The place is supper nice and the room was very comfortable. It was a great stay if we disregard the issue we had with the cleaning staff

Some of the staff disregarded our complaint of one of our makeup products being stolen, and same goes to the cleaning staff, made us feel unsafe and not heard. We complained about the product being stolen and no one but the Egyptian man was helpful.

Nothing, they are unfriendly, don’t greet you when you are entering the hotel. Be careful with this hotel! The rooms are noisy and it's like a youth hostel, it's loud at night, in and outside the hotel. There is a medical center in front of the hotel and you regularly hear people shouting loudly.

Very unfriendly staff, the hotel management is not a role model, you are not greeted when coming or going. We have been offered a refund, but for 2.5 months they have not transferred it back. They always write that they'll do it tomorrow. When we were there, it was like staying in a youth hostel. Woke up several times at night due to partying, presumably drugged guests. Despite complaints, the staff could not calm the guests down. Never again!

Rooms are lovely and very clean. Rooms are spacious.

Breakfast could have been better but other than that, happy with my stay.

Staff were incredibly friendly - really accommodating and always there to say hello every time you pass reception. Held our luggage for us which was really helpful!

Outdoor space with the pool doesn’t get any sun. Shower and basin was separate from the toilet.

Big size rooms

The hotel rooms are absolutely empty and made of very cheap materials, the hotel is not ready to invite guests:(1) no basic still water in rooms - 7 eur at reception(2) no toothpastes and toothbrushes - only payable at reception(3) no towel holders - can keep them only on the table or bed(4) no toilet brush(5) coffee machine not working(6) parking 25 eur per day(7) winter blanket weighing 10+ kilos for August in Cannes(8) one lift for staff and guests - can wait 10+ minutes for the staff moving from floor to floor Btw the personnel is very friendly, this is the only advantage of the hotel + the room size And so on

The room was very clean and spacious. The stuff was more or less helpful and friendly.

However, I would say too spacious and felt a bit weird planning wise. No water, teas or anything like that was in the apartment either — tho it is seen on all of the pictures.. the kitchen was completely empty. I would say it definitely was not worth €250 I paid for one night. Pretty far from the city center as well — only way to get to the center is either by taxi or walk 30-40 mins. In general, not bad but wouldn’t stay again.
