Overall it was a pretty good stay.

As stated in many comments, there is no hot water, at least in the evening. I took shower in the morning, there was hot water.

The location is accessible to all the places that we want to go. It is a safe place where you can stay.

The hair dryer in the bathroom is broken but still there.

The room was confortable and tastfull decorated. A nice shower and confortable bed.

The hotel parking is underground is very rundown and does not look very safe. We parked on a nearby street which was a safer option. The hotel is quite far from the beach and just off a very busy road, parking is difficult in the area.

It was neat and well arranged. Stuff was very helpful. Location is near to the bus station.

It's bit expensive and there should be free water in the room.

Garage very complicated to access and not access from garage to hotel.Impossible to access garage with a big car.You have to walk through the car entrance way to rejoin hotel.Room very small.Extra bed added for 3d guest far to small for an adult person and the slats of the box spring were broken and held with tape.Tobacco odors propagated by AC.Very small bathroom.No fridge in room.Very small TV with only few french channels.

musty smell in the bathroom, broken toilet lid, any refrigerator in the room. , Wi-Fi doesn’t work. it’s too overpriced by such conditions..only personal was very pleasant)

Incredibly dirty rooms (we stayed in 2 double rooms) A bit hard to find the entrance to the hotel. Very nice friend staff though ? and very helpful.

Quite good location (2km from the city center by foot) and cheap parking (€12 overnight)

Room smelled strongly of cigarettes, bathroom was dirty, lift wasn’t working, key card wasn’t working, complicated parking, overall overpriced.

Everything was nice and clean

People from the other rooms were really loud after 1am !!! Even that I talk to them,they were very rude and still loud,so maybe the reception can take care of it over the night !! Some people need to rest and not wait two hours in the night when the other guests will fall a sleep !!

Perfect for those visiting the film festival, looking to stay somewhere a little quieter and away from the action. Super easy to walk into town/the beach

The staff, and the management were so lovely.

The price for Cannes, I suppose wasn't bad but for the quality, I didn't think it was worth it. I was there during the festival (May) where prices for everything go up so I'm sure it's more affordable outside of this period.

the man at the reception was really nice

the rooms felt like it was used before we got there. there was used bar of soap in the shower, full of hair on the floor and the air conditioning wasn’t working

The lady working at the desk was lovely and helpful.

Sadly, in the room there was still what I presume to be trash from previous occupants. Empty bottles of water and nasty snacks. Also the sheets were not that clean.
