The location was very good

There was a heavy rain and the breakfast that was supposed to happen on roof top(with a beach view) was moved to the ground floor.The Wi-Fi was not working properly on rooms ending with 01 (like mine 201), what forced me to go find another place to work, and there wasn’t many options.They didn’t have any toiletries that they could provide (like razors, for example)

Location was good, but the room I had was right at the avenue.

The air conditioner was extremely loud, the bed was really small, even for a single bed. Room was also very noise.

Great location! Wonderful and helpful staff. Right next to Vesuvio Restaurant which is fantastic!

It’s a shame the breakfast is served on the first floor in a back room-this hotel is right on the beach so it would make more sense to have it in a space with a spectacular view.

It was close to the airport and excellent restaurant next door (Vesuvio).

Internet terrible in room & restaurant (ok near reception). Building work going on right outside room so builders shouting at 07:30. We could hear restaurant staff from our room (308). Breakfast (hot stuff) wasn’t very nice, fresh fruit, juice, breads & coffee was good.

Breakfast was well served

The hotel was remodeling…so the part of the hotel and lobby which faces the beach was closed off. So you felt like the hotel wasn’t even on the beach.

The hotel is in a great location, and we had sea view which is nice. It's a pretty hotel.The restaurant is not great. The door stays opens and you eat the fumes from the cars that pass by. It's also really old and dated. The food is good although overpriced for what it is.The staff is nice but not much personality.We had stayed at the hotel two doors down from them and had a much more pleasant experience.

The restaurant needs work. The staff didnt help bring the luggage to our room. They didnt even have carts. The shower was either absurdly hot or totally cold. It was a mediocre experience.

The breakfast is good. The view from the beach.

Too noisy. The food we ordered didn't come. No small towels in the bathroom. The smell of the room..

The Property is on the ocean.

To much construction or remodeling noise. If could not have said in the hotel room and had any peace or relax during the day.

Service was amazing. Room very clean and spacious. They have a restaurant Vezuvio at the hotel with outstanding ocean views specially at night.

The towels could be replaced for less used and newer ones. The same for blankets.

Bed was very good. Good bathroom in the room.

Internet Wi-Fi is terrible, barely works. Room cleanness was ok but could be better for a 4 stars hotel. Elevator in this hotel is one of the slowest elevators i ever experienced in my life.

The breakfast was really good, started at 06:00 am with several option including a nice girl doing fresh "tapiocas"The location is also very good, in front of the beach, near the airport with a nice view

The bedrooms are old and some rooms are very noise from the streets.The staff were kind but not much handy and open to assist on requests.

In general, it was perfect again (have been before). This time i need to say, that even more than before, the staff was amazing friendly and helpfull! Parabens pessoal!!

If there could be a gym, it would be even better ;)

The breakfast is amazing but the hotel is old and the elevator don’t work for many months
